I sat next to the front door and the gentleman at the cash register stays consistently positive and up beat. He makes the atmosphere very inviting and friendly. The pizza was fresh and always great. Someone accidentally cleaned my table off while I was grabbing something and he immediately went and grabbed me another drink and apologized and he was very professional and courteous. Mistakes happen, no problem, but I appreciate the speed at which he corrected the situation and i appreciate the politeness. As always, 5 stars.

Whether you call in or go in to order your food, it takes a good 20 minutes to get somebody to take your order, and they’re very rude. When they do you know, half the time they’re standing back there talking before they even wait on you and they’re rude not every single one of them, but the majority of them.

On 2/22/26 I observed two “gentlemen” not wearing gloves and dropping f bombs every other word very loudly as they prepared pizzas. Nobody wants careless and inconsiderate people like that preparing their food. Probably going to get someone sick eventually. Never returning to this location.

I received a burnt and salty pizza. I placed an online order and drove to the drive thru location. Once I arrive es no one greeted me. I had to call the store. There was a lady at the window on the registering counting coin. She didn’t even acknowledge me. Then someone else came and I gave her my name. She said the order isn’t ready even though I came at the time it said it would be. She asked me to drive up front and I did. I waited and no one brought my order so I called again the manager got on the phone and said o can come back to the window. I collected my order and one I made it to the apartment I open the box and seen burnt pizza and salt not just on the crust but part of the pizza as well. Not only do I want a refund I want a manger or someone to call me because web. I called back there was no empathy at all when I told the manager what happen. There was no remorse whatsoever just bring it back so I can see it.

Honestly every time I’ve been to this place there is nothing ever “hot and ready”. Pretty much usually wait 20-30 mins every time I go. Probably need to start ordering before hand if you want to get in and out.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and this the worst pizza I’ve ever been served. I waited 15 minutes for a burnt pizza. After shopping, crowds and traffic all day/night, I just wanted to order a pizza and relax. This is the icing on a long, hard day. Disappointed.

Waited for over an order to pick up 2 pizzas!!! As a dasher we shouldn’t have to wait for our orders that long. We lose our on money having to wait for people to learn how to do their jobs. The people are rude, slow, and unprofessional. Made 7 dollars in 1 hour because of this place, that’s less than minimum wage. That doesn’t include the money spent on gas so in all actuality I made 4 dollars in an hour because they don’t know how to do their jobs. I don’t recommend going here unless you have more than an hour to spare to wait on your pizza
