My wife and I had a very good experience on our first visit. She really enjoyed the ambience with the rustic environment of an old train depot. While I don’t really notice that sort of thing, I can say that what I do notice – the food – was delicious. Our server and all other staff members were very friendly and attentive.

My husband and I went here to celebrate our ten year wedding anniversary as well as my birthday. Our server, Haley, was absolutely fantastic. She made our evening absolutely perfect. She was funny, attentive and really fun. Our food was incredible, we were hosted a free dessert and went for the cherry jubilee which they flambé table-side and it was incredible. Could not have had a better experience!

We came here for our anniversary and it was wonderful! The steaks were perfectly cooked and our sides were delicious. Highly recommend the tenderloin diablo as well as their Gouda Mac and cheese! The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Everything exceeded our expectations! Thank you for such a great night!

The food was good, but it did not quite match the price point. We were more than willing to pay for a high-quality dining experience, so we were surprised to see the gratuity and tax alone exceed $100 for four people, especially since we only ordered 1 mocktail and no appetizers.
The waitress was wonderful and the atmosphere was truly excellent, which made the experience enjoyable overall. However, my daughter’s steak was overcooked and extremely salty, and I was served the wrong soup. These are minor issues that would be easy to overlook at a lower price point, but when a meal for four exceeds $400, there should not be mistakes like these.

Great experience!! Our server Matt was excellent! We came for our anniversary and they went above and beyond. This steakhouse is one of the best I have been to. Everything was cooked perfect. The steaks, lobster, W2 onion soup, wedge salad, appetizers, everything was very good!

Update: Walla Walla Steak Company sent us a copy of the bar menu. The service charge is only listed on the first page. We were focused on subsequent pages, looking for cocktails.
The moment we walked into Walla Walla Steak House, we were blown away—the space is beautiful, and the steaks on the grill looked and smelled amazing! We immediately said to each other, “We have to come back for a full date night.”
We grabbed seats at the bar and had fantastic drinks with warm, attentive service and great conversation with the bartender. We weren’t even at a table, yet we felt completely welcomed and taken care of. Everything was going great—until the check arrived.
We were surprised to see an unadvertised 20% “service charge” added to our bill. As far as we could tell, this charge wasn’t posted anywhere in the restaurant or listed on the menu. When we asked, we were told it goes to the staff and is intended to replace a tip—basically, the restaurant decided for us what the tip should be.
And while the service was excellent and certainly worthy of 20%, tipping should be based on the guest’s experience, not a hidden mandate. This felt sneaky and left a bad taste in our mouths after what was otherwise a really lovely visit.
Tipping culture is complicated, but this isn’t the solution. If your service is truly worth it, build it into your menu prices, pay your staff accordingly, and be transparent about your policies. Sadly, despite the great drinks and wonderful service, we won’t be coming back. The way this was handled just didn’t sit right with us.

We have eaten here several times when in town but we’re really impressed by the presentation of their luscious Thanksgiving dinner to go. The turkey is one of the most tender I have ever had. I think it was brined. The dinner included sourdough dressing, gravy, mashed potatoes, Ceasar salad, green bean casserole in mushroom gravy, cranberries, onion crisps for casserole, sour cream, chives. Delicious! A dinner for two fed five of us.

Our server Matt was the best! Our group of 7 had an excellent time, and enjoyed delicious food and drinks. Everyone was happy with their meals. The steak was perfect and melted in your mouth, the Brussel sprouts were yummy. I loved the butterscotch oatmeal cookie for dessert, and the dessert martinis were delicious as well. I don’t think you can go wrong here. I thought the Summer Fling was yummy – sort of like a sweet salad. They bring out toppings for the baked potato for everyone to share so you build your own and have plenty of toppings. I would definitely come back here.

Delicious, flavorful steaks matched with a classy, yet laid back ambiance & fabulous service. This was our second visit & it didn’t disappoint. While pricey, it’s an experience well worth every penny. We triedthe Tenderloin Diablo, 8oz & 16oz Prime NY’s & creme brulee. Your cup will never be empty as the servers are very attentive & your steak will be cooked to perfection; they ensure it by asking you to cut into it upon its arrival. Overall, I highly recommend the WW Steak Company (make a reservation! They’re understandably busy)

Nice place. Good service. Rib eye was not a good cut. Thin and overcooked making it quite tough.
Half salad was like 4 leaves of romaine and some croutons.
I’m usually a damned good tipper. I was surprised at the 20% service charge. Felt dirty. If you are going to charge 70 bucks for $20 worth of steak and a little potato, just pay your workers a fair wage and lose the service charge.
