While the food is not going to wow you, the atmosphere will. The staff is friendly. Love the building. Bathrooms were nice and new. There’s a pool table. Would like to come back when there’s live music. Nice venue outside.

Club sandwich was so tall I had to take it apart to eat! Cozy atmosphere, looks like a good place to hang out for drinks. Wait staff were friendly and attentive. I was there on a Sunday and it was one of the only options open downtown.

Nice to have a good place to go in town! Love the cauliflower pizza crust! The front door handle is a little tricky, especially when you are carrying food. Lol hoping there will be more of a liquor selection in time. Will for sure be our new hangout spot.

This is the perfect little hole in the wall bar. And I say that with the upmost respect.. I grew up in Gonzales, but this place is completely new to me. The food smelled great, the drinks were on point, and the atmosphere was a rock star all unto its own. I will definitely be coming back for these small town bar vibes with big city excitement.

Definitely a class operation and fun (historic) place. Me and an old friend (I live near Houston, he lives in San Marcos) rendezvoused here for a catch-up chat, and we were treated very well by a friendly staff. Indeed (I think it must have been the owner/s) were generous enough to comp us a round of drinks, which, as first-time visitors, was very kind indeed. The back “beer-garden” area is pleasant on a day like today, with cooler temperatures but sunny and fall-like. Great afternoon with my friend, and great small-town hospitality enjoyed!

Beautiful Atmosphere, Wonderful Staff, Excellent food and Awesome Live Music. Band kept me going all nite. Band was from San Antonio. Had a wonderful variety of country, disco and Tejano music. Aventura from San Antonio I think.. Awesome Job. Will recommend this place to a lot of people. Keep up the wonderful work..

They gave me half of what I ordered. Apparently you get what they want to give you. And orders are not put out one ticket at a time. They jump from one ticket to another. An hour wait for half an order was not ok. And they give you off brand soda. Watered down at that. Trash. Staff is horrible.
