With the house horses in need of a tasty treat, we made our way to the local DQ. The friendly staff promptly filled our order – two pup cups, a dipped cone and a strawberry chocolate blizzard. The house horses patiently awaited their treat… and one of the employees was also patiently waiting to see the pups eat them. Within seconds they devoured them and hopped back into the truck, the employee with a smile on her face returned back to work and we were able to enjoy our sugary delights as got back on the road. Recommend go ahead. Unlike the drive thru there is rarely a line inside

Only one employee was in some identifiable uniform others were in hoodie and sweat pants combos. The register attendant was very quiet and almost mute. We paid for large drinks and were given medium drinks. Once we noticed and brought it to their attention it was corrected. They also didn’t give us a Sunday that was part of the meal but also was corrected once discovered. The cashier never changed her gloves after operating the register then went straight to the Sunday machine. Food, drinks and Sunday was good. Also there was an unexplained surcharge. Meal was paid in cash.

The food was alright but the workers kept messing up orders, forgetting condiments, and whole entire meals. They were very slow as in it took 30 minutes for food and the cupcake ice cream didn’t look like the picture. None of them were in uniforms with their hair down which is unsanitary. The tables were messy and gross.

We just got ice cream. I think they were new they used the hardening chocolate instead of the fudge and with the peanuts it had a concert effect. Was just way to hard his was also made like a blizzard and was a peacan mudd slide i wanted to see about having them remade because 16 dollars is a lot for ice cream and we were really bummed we don’t go on a date often at all and no kids is a very rare occasion just wanted to have a late valentine’s day date

Orders an ice cream cake was told order 24 hours ordered yesterday afternoon was supposed to pick it up at 5 o’clock today went in to get the cake. I had to wait for them to make the cake. They did not have it done. They were gonna give me a cake that wasn’t gonna be frozen when I questioned it, the girl with a dirty apron told me I didn’t take your order so it wasn’t my responsibility. They were very rude. All three people working in there and the she was taking my picture when I left so I took her picture. I wouldn’t recommend that Dairy Queen to my dog. It was dirty employees were dirty and it’s stuck.

I went here for a drink today. When I pulled up the lady said “it will be a minute” nothing else not how are you doing or anything. Then after waiting 5 min with nothing I go inside. There is literally not one employee. How are they even keeping this place open?!? I couldn’t even order, when leaving there was a line at the speaker not sure they are peobably still there

The food is good. But I have concerns with the cleanliness and cross contamination. Also the staff. First off this dairy queen has been through several managers and it never has gotten better. The floors have been sticky for like a decade since I can remember. One staff member always is wearing sandals with socks, sweat pants and a non dairy queen t-shirt. I also never seen him change his gloves from doing dishes to taking someones order, to putting fries in the fryer using his hands. There is ususally the same two people working there and they seem to have no urgency. Like its just a paycheck. The only change that I’ve seen over the years is a paint job inside or out. The speaker has been so loud that half the town can hear your order. Its been that way for a decade also. The guy mentioned seems to mean well by the way. I think he just needs some training. I’m not sure if i’ve ever seen a “manager” there. They have tiles coming off walls and some equipment propped on bricks. I hope someone can make this place great.

Not clean. Not sanitary. Not good.
This Dirty Queen needs to be reported to the health department. Nothing of what I saw at this restaurant was clean or taken care of.
I watched a guy in an American Eagle t-shirt and a Batman hat working on the fryer, who then came over to the register, still wearing the gloves he was using at the fryer, and started handling transactions, touching the point of sale, touching money and credit cards. Then, still wearing these same gloves, he started making desserts!
There are sticky tiles peeling off the walls, filthy bathrooms, and children running around without shoes. Never in my life have I visited such a disgusting fast food restaurant.

My husband and I went in tonight to just get 4 simple ice cream the boy who took our order seemed friendly but directly after taking our order he started sweeping instead of making the blizzards and dipped cone. There was a lady doing something on the dining side and started visiting with us after about 15 minutes she asked us what we were waiting on and we said our ice cream. There was another boy that said oh I don’t do ice cream. Then since the one lady had to make all of the dishes on her own they were already melting and making a mess. I should have asked for a refund.

I am so over this place, it leaves a bad mark on Dairy Queen’s name. This is not the first time I’ve had issues here, and I don’t eat out very often so that’s what makes this so frustrating. The website says they close at 10pm. I show up at 9:40 with the intention of getting two ice creams and going on my merry way. Nope. The open sign was off and the door was locked. I literally watched the employees hide in the back hoping I would go away. I sat there for a minute thinking maybe they would open the door to at-least talk to me. Nope. Watched them count the register at 9:45 with me and two other cars sitting outside. I didn’t cause a scene bc it’s just ice cream, but either they need to fix the website or they need to find better employees. I used to work closing shifts at other businesses and I would clean up and get most of the closing chores done early, but if someone came in before close that was just luck of the draw. Maybe I was mislead by the website, but I found the whole situation upsetting.
