What a great place to sit, relax, have a couple of drinks and tasty food. We plan to come here every Sunday and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. A very tranquil place that is not too crowded. You can also park in one of the hammocks hanging under the roof. Brought my best friend and she really wants to come back a few times before leaving in 3 weeks

We have been to Mezcalito’s 3 times. We rent scooters or a jeep and ride out there. No electricity quite free beach access. Great guacamole and shimp taco. Cold beer. Will be there again in June of ’25

Our whole family loved this place! It had the best vibes, right on the ocean 🙂 the staff was so nice. They even had hammocks to lay in and listen to the waves. The food was delicious. 10/10! Thank you!

DON’T GO HERE! This is arguably the worst place I’ve been during my 2 month trip through South America and Mexico. We ordered pina colada and mojito, both drinks were awful. Simply terrible and undrinkable.
Mojito was a bitter mix of shredded freeze-thawed mint, some sort of alcohol and water. It reminded me my high school spinach chlorophyll extraction experiments with my biology teacher… It was surprisingly bad, I cannot imagine how can one mess up mojito in such a terrible way. When I asked the waiter to replace it with something different I’ve been told that another drink will come for extra price, which is simply rude.
Pina colada didn’t have any alcohol, it was sad mix of coconut milk and ice…
It is just embarrassing for any place in Caribbean to serve signature drinks of such quality.

We rented a jeep to get out there. Having the perfect beach to ourselves made it all worth while. The shops sell great souvenirs to take home. The food was not bad at all, we had ceviche. Drinks were not bad either. Over all, the food and service was not great. But the beach was perfect! This was one of the best spots we were at on the island.

No words to spend for this amazing place. Maybe touristish but still very genuine with great food (guacamole was great) and drinks (frozen margarita amazing). Not fancy… but we loved it and will go back. Only cash in USD or pesos. No WiFi and bad cell line. Directly on the beach and the ocean.

Delicious fish fajitas, chicken tacos, guacamole. Patio facing the beach. Great atmosphere, reasonable prices for a beach restaurant.

This place surprised me when I rode up to it on the moped I rented for the day. Simple yet tasty food with incredible views of the ocean. They even have hammocks to enjoy right on the beach front to enjoy. I would definitely make this a stop on your travels around the island.

Absolutely best margaritas you will ever have! Very welcoming staff. Worth the jeep ride to get to this secluded gem and get away from the tourist trap. Even purchased two of their margarita mugs to bring a piece of this place home! Make sure you go if you are visiting Cozumel!
