Finally got a chance to visit this restaurant. The place is good with mid – upscale interior. The owners have done a fantastic job maintaining it. Went here during lunch on a weekday, and it was not that busy. Ordered Gobi, Tofu Tikka masala and Jackfruit biryani. Everything tasted good and spice levels are exactly as requested for at the time of order. Service was top notch. Food portions are small but given how the costs are low, I assume that’s intentional. Overall I liked this place and may go back again to try other options.

Everything was delicious! We had the butter chicken, lamp shank biryani special, garlic naan, samosa and everything was delicious! The sticky date cake with the caramel was such a standout dessert for us. Thank you
Edit: you MUST try the Moilee with the shrimp!!!!! It’s become our new favorite! We get medium spice in all our dishes and it’s perfect if you want some kick but not too much – chef does a wonderful job of having everything balance so beautifully!

Best Indian restaurant in Omaha, in my humble opinion. What makes them stand out is their attention to detail; they note the origin of various dishes on the menu and prioritize using quality, local ingredients whenever possible. I also really appreciate their non-alcoholic drink options and the variety of vegan & gluten-free menu options. Their menu is concise without feeling limited, and the prices are very reasonable.
If I lived closer, I’d be here all the time!

Great ambience and the cleanest Indian restaurant I’ve be been to. The chef displays great technique in his cooking of the rice, bread and meat. The depth of flavor in sauces is refreshing compared to an overwhelming spice fiesta you see at other Indian restaurants. I highly recommend this place!

Must visit spot for indian food if you are anywhere in Omaha. Well crafted right sized menu and truly scrumptious, with a good selection of vegetarian options and yes Vegan too. Lovely ambience and there is an option to sit outside in the patio as well if the weather is good! Lot of lovely cocktail and mocktail selections as well!!!

The samosa chat is great. We had goat curries which were not impressive at all. It is clear their food is cooked for audience who aren’t familiar with Indian food. The sauces and the goat did not mix well together at all. The goat had no seasoning. The curries aren’t the best- lacking seasoning. Bland for the price. The service was great! Also the Butter naan was good.

Really nice decor and atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, and freshly prepared delicious food. Unlike other Indian restaurants, kinara was able to make the spice level mild so our toddler could enjoy it. Highly recommended! We will be back again!

I come here about once a week or every other week ever since I found this place. The best Tiki Masala sauce ever! It’s savory and creamy(some places make it sweet). I’ve tried many other places and this place does it perfectly every time. The medium has some kick to it but right amount of heat. The nan breads are delicious too but haven’t tried anything else. One week I came here 2X that’s how obsessed I’ve been. I’m addicted to the chicken tiki masala maybe one day I will try something else.

Home run right out of the park. If you love spice, heat, complementing flavors and inviting atmosphere Kinaara is where you should dine next.
A delightful collage of amazing Indian flavors danced across my palate with the synchronicity of an orchestra and the energy of a parade drum-line melded into a meal.
Start to finish everything felt like a leveled up experience without feeling like you need to dress up to experience food this good. Even the garlic naan seems to be in a league of its own here.
Get over to the regency area and get to Kinaara right now. You will not be disappointed.
