At our Muscle Shoals, AL location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D’s Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D’s Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D’s was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

Love coming here after church on Sundays or during the week for a quick lunch. I am a vegetarian but am happy with all the veggie sides they offer, they even have a “vegetable plate” on the menu.
The inside is always sparkling and the store manager is super nice. Great team of working people, working together.

Okra is not cooked all the way through and the fires are nasty and cold shrimp is old and stuff crabs are old . And they charged us $32.00 for the food and it’s all old and nasty . We tried to call the store and no one will answer.

Food was good but just like 7/10 time s you eat at fast food they get your order wrong. Paid extra for premium sides and got fries and slaw. Very frustrating and makes you not want to go back.

I love eating here. I don’t mind going to eat alone because I am alone. I enjoy the fish and shrimp with a loaded baked potato and either okra or macaroni and cheese. They have great ice and sweet tea!

I paid 23$ for my meal and when I got back to work it was all cold then I tried call the store over over no answer smh so disappointed I got the food and the receipt I want my order made fresh please they need to do better they just need ask thereselves would you eat seafood that been sitting under the heat shoot for a while then on top of that pay that much for some hard food No you wouldn’t so why serve it to me then

My food was great,,, ordered on app so I wouldn’t have to wait and still had 30 wait my only problem was I seen 3 people get ice for drinks and just used the cup to scoop it out with and no gloves were on either.
