Poor customer service I ordered two dozen flour tortillas not knowing that the tortillas are sold in a pack of 15 apparently . The cashier proceeds to charge me for 12 dozen tortillas and then when I apologize and say I meant I need 24 or 2 dozen (12+12=24) the lady that works making the tortillas comes up and is like you don’t order by the dozen you have to order by the pack . A little kindness and guidance from them would go a long way for a first time customer .
The tortillas are okay the service not good I’d like to come back but would hate to deal with employees who are so rude. You’d think they’d appreciate the business … oh well.

Every time I come here I have The absolute worst customer service ,the cashier is extremely rude seems bored and looks like your a bother to her, every single time they either don’t have burritos, or they’re out of fajitas ,not even an apology , cashier just comes up to me with the biggest sigh and says” there’s no fajitas, we’re out of burritos” not even a sorry. I work in a restaurant as well and this is not how y’all should be treating customers at all!! As long as that rude cashier is there we won’t be back! Do better!!

I used to like this place, but now everything has changed. The cashier is always rude and the people in kitchen don’t have any higiene( no gloves, hair nets) besides it looks dirty. I asked for gorditas and they just gave me gorrita with meat nothing else, they use to give me lettuce, cheese, sour cream and avocado. Now just meat that’s all.

Everything was good until I found hair on my take out. This was the second time. I called and they lady that answer the phone was so rude and literally hung up when I called. They all need to start wearing hats or something to hold their hair tight. I suggest you check your food before eating it.

We asked for a quesadilla and they gave us 3 tacos with meat and cheese! We asked for 2 Gorditas. Rajas con queso was great. Chicharrón it was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. I asked if we could get another meat and just got a smart comment. Finally, I order a Barbacoa Gordita, the worst barbacoa I have tasted in my life!
