My parents and I ate there while I was visiting them, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was delicious; I had the lobster ravioli and thought it was fantastic. The prices were also very reasonable for an Italian restaurant, and the service was very quick! The space was open so we didn’t feel cramped, and the lights were bright enough that we could easily read the menu (not always the case with other restaurants who dim the lights to set their atmosphere). We had a great time and will definitely be going back!

The food was excellent, could be compared to olive garden. Our family ordered an appetizer of calamari and was pleasantly surprised by the seasoning, very good. The dipping sauce was just a marinara type, but went well with it. Then we all ordered various pasta dishes and all were very tasty. My husband was a little disappointed that his chicken carbonara had black olives, they didn’t fit the flavor, but all other meals were very good. Portion sizes varied, but we did take some home for later.
I dropped a star just for the atmosphere. It could use some warmth, not really very cozy and no booth seating that I could see. Also actual warmth, it was drafty and chilly in there. We also had to wait quite a while after getting to-go boxes to get the tab so we could pay and leave. It was an awkward wait. The parking lot is also a bit awkward and small too.

Very reasonably priced. For just under $8 at lunch got rolls, salad, and a pasta sampler. Price would be a couple $ more at other times. Food was delicious! Great atmosphere, cloth napkins, music playing softly in background attentive waitresses, friendly staff. Best Italian restaurant I have eaten at.

Great food! Authentic Italian, definately made from scratch. Flavors were spot on, and home made meatballs were terrific! Owner was pleasant and helped in our food order, since we are used to eating Italian and are picky in our choices, but were not disappointed! Will definately return!

I have to say this is the best food in Fort Dodge. The inside is calming and beautiful. The food is true Italian food. The service is absolutely wonderful. Great place for a family or a romantic dinner. Please try it you will love it!

Service is hit or miss. Food is good but a tad spendy. First visit was a comedy of errors in service time. Next to visits had average service. It’s a decent Italian restaurant for Fort Dodge scale of food but wouldn’t hold up if it were in a more populated area where people have choices.

The food was delicious, we had the lobster ravioli and the hot shrimp diavolo. The service was lacking, we were not informed of any specials and once we were served our meal the server didn’t come by to see if we needed anything or ask if we even wanted a dessert. But the food was very good.

the worst dining experience…the deep fried breaded calamari was undercooked and rubbery, I’ve never seen salmon that was more white than pink, and I hope I never do again…or at least I’ll know better than to try it. Food was bland and tasteless, the exact opposite you’d expect from an Italian restaurant

Initially surprised this location was no longer a Mexican joint.
Service and salad was sketchy but the entrée, chicken Florentine, was so good it made me question wether I was really still in Fort Dodge.
Tiramisu was sold out by 7:45 on a Saturday night.

I’ll be back.

Our server had no idea what anything on the menu was. I’m pretty sure she couldn’t even point out Italy on the map. How much black olive do you guys go through? Honest question. Both of our salads wereally 50/50 black olive/iceberg lettuce mix. Why are you even serving iceberg anyways? Not to mention, where’s the parm? Where’s the salt and pepper?! Do you even care what you send out?

Let’s move on to mains; holy freaking portion size! One dish could have fed us both…I had the carbonara. The sauce was good and rich….but again with half a can of sliced black olives?! Come on! Noodles were fat and over cooked and shame on you for trying to pass cubed ham as Canadian bacon.

Bread was good
