Slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Absolutely ridiculous that it took 50+ minutes to get your order. There’s cars backed to the next side of the lot. Never been through a drive through as slow as this one.

Another good experience. Location was clean. Self serve kiosk helps the ordering process. 3 terminals at the location. All were available. Order was exactly as requested.

Tried to go through the drive through and there was a AI bot taking orders that couldn’t let us wait a minute to decide what we wanted and kept asking the same things, finally it gave up and got a team member. Then the person that got on the intercom to take our order was worse than AI unfortunately. Could not hear or understand what we were saying and kept asking the same questions over and over. Before we were even done ordering she gave the total and completed it out. My husband was so frustrated we just left and went somewhere else.

AMAZING food! Loved how the food made me want to use the bathroom. The stalls were full so I had to wait until one opened up and made me diarrhea in the toilet. Unfortunately I had no toilet paper so I had to borrow a magazine from the other stalls. 5 stars. Would definitely come back.

TERRIBLE!!!! Such a disappointment. We were missing items so had to drive around and tell them. We ordered burritos but they felt like mini chicken quesadillas based on size and the fact we got most grilled. We waited 5 minutes for them to give us back the right order which just smaller versions (or maybe some of the original bag). The employee we dealt with was very young but super sweet about the situation. I don’t recommend this location if you have any expectations for “good” Taco Bell.

The People Are kind from my experience but this dreaded A.I Ordering system is completely awful and makes me want to drive all the way back to katella just to get del taco instead. Its so annoyingly bad and takes forever. It can’t respond to new questions like Whats the new flavor of brisk you guys have or anything. You can litterally hear everyone in the drive thru lines frustrations with it. But the taco bell district manager / the manager want to be cheap and not just pay another person. IT SUCKS.

I stoped by Taco Bell in old canal yorba Linda to get lunch for my grand kids soon we home to eat I was very disappointed,they wrapped 2 tortilla together with nothing in it. it look like real Burritos I was discussed and sad these peoples don’t deserve one star I never go there again. Cars waiting in the drive up lane, people, including myself, waiting inside for our orders. And some doing both, getting out of their cars and coming inside to find out why. I over heard one employee state it’s bad on Sundays yet not usually this bad. When I got my 2 taco supremes, the construction of it was terrible; too much meat, all of the sour cream was stuck on one side. Yet the one star rating was for the management, or lack there of. Hence the picture, the employees were surrounded by customers yet without a leader, they retreated, nowhere to be seen.
