Ordered a bacon, cheese and cream cheese bagel on a plain bagel and this is what I got when I opened it up at home. It wouldn’t be too bad if we hadn’t paid $16 for two bagels. This is twice in a row that the bagels have been sub par.

Nothing like spending $25 on 3 begals and being serve room temperature sandwiches that have clearly been sitting around all morning. Cheese so un-melted it literally just broke into pieces. Luckily for them I was in a rush and didn’t have time to turn around.. unacceptable

I love going to Einstein Bagels. The food and service are always good.
My only problem is that I moved, and there is no store near me now. I go most times I’m up in Rogers or Fayetteville, but that is an hour+ away from me, and it’s hard to justify driving that far just to visit a restaurant, so I only get to go when I’m up there for something else, too.
Please, please, please open a store in Fort Smith Arkansas! I promise to go at least once a week, and spread the word around town that you’re the best!

I walked in on a Tuesday Early afternoon, 10:50ish and there were 3 employees doing their jobs, I said good morning and they replied. Very personable. I looked at the bagel’s, there were 6 of the ugliest bagel’s I asked if they had anymore, nope that’s it was the reply. COME ON NOW, YOU SELL FLIPPING BAGEL’S!
I understand food cost and everything to run a profitable business, BUT CUT BACK ON LABOR AND MAKE MORE FLIPPING BAGEL’S!!!! Im from New York and love bagels. I guess I’ll be going to find another bagel restaurant. Good luck guys

Food and Fruit is always FRESH!
I’m sad they got rid of the mango tea a few years ago, but I’m sure that was a corporate thing.
I’m convinced if you have something bad to say about this place, you’re probably someone who is never satisfied, and people don’t enjoy serving you.

I just went there and ordered two brisket sandwiches. When I went through the drive through the lady was a little rude but I was willing to look past that because everybody has bad days. When I got to the window she was still snippy. Instead of our brisket sandwiches. We received a bagel with cream cheese and an avocado and egg sandwich. Very different. Normally Einstein bros is really good but I wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

The brisket on a cheesy hash brown bagel is my go to. One of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. Only wish there was an option on DoorDash to add extra mayo, otherwise this is a once a week trip for us

We have been coming to Einstein Bagels for 15 years. Consistently the best bagels and coffee in NW Arkansas! Quality of food is consistently very good. The best feature of Einstein Bagels is the consistently excellent customer service!

Ordered 2 bagels, one with egg and the other with cream cheese on the side. Egg and cheese bagel was great, cut in half while the other sandwich was warmed not cut or sliced with no knife or utensils provided. We go there for lunch several times per month and have noticed a decline in accuracy of orders.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EINSTEIN BROS. BAGELS! My husband and I stop by multiple times a week to get the Allnighter sandwich with two eggs. The food is always amazing and fresh. No matter what time of day, Einstein hits the spot. Their coffee is also delicious, along with their baked goods, especially the chocolate chip coffee cake. The staff is friendly and helpful, and even remember our order. We could not recommend a place more than Einstein Bros. Bagels!
