This McDonald’s location is a little bit iffy. I have enjoyed their food in the past, but on one occasion, my wife found a hair in her food that wasn’t from me or her (was noticeably different from either of our hair types and colors, located inside of her food before she began eating). I’ve ordered here on at least 20 occasions in the past and I’ve not really had any bad experiences with the food but my wife said that their nuggets are not good and are poor quality compared to the other locations in the area, so she no longer wishes to order here. The prices on the food are decent. Service is great! The drive thru employees have always been pretty cool. When I’ve picked up many doordash / Uber Eats orders from this location in the past – they usually inform me when the line is too long to be worth it and they’re quite flexible overall. Earlier today, I went to this location to get a water since I was quite thirsty and they were able to hook me up with a free large ice water and the employee was also really nice and ended up giving me a free large coke as well! Inside, the location is a little cramped and doesn’t have the greatest smell. I don’t enjoy the atmosphere as an autistic person and it’s not very autism friendly for that reason. It’s very noisy.

FRAUD! Someone at this location is stealing customer card info and using it! BE CAREFUL!
I usually place my orders through the app but last week it was not letting me place an order at this particular location online, so I went ahead and paid for it using my card in person. Couple days later I get charged by Mcdonalds out of nowehere on the day I stayed home all day. The Mcdonald location which charged me was this exact location.
It was a small amount but upon research, thieves charge small amount at first to make sure the card works, only to come back for a larger amount! In addition, a Mcdonalds employee in Texas was arrested for stealing customer card info just couple weeks ago. Please check yall card statement and make sure you recognize each and every charge no matter how small!
Like this review so more people see it and stop visiting this location till they do internal investigation!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They take forever to make the food, will park you ALL the time, took 15 minutes to move through the drive thru tonight only to get my food and it was cold…i called them about it and was told that they are short staffed and they would remake it for me to come and get it, im sorry its 1030 at night and ive been at work since 7am I dont want to go back out, this was suppose to be a quick dinner to eat before bed

This location usually does great with the time it takes in the drice thruand USED to be enjoyable to go inside at and visit with friends. The place USED to be packed on the inside. Unfortunately there are two female managers during the day, or shift leaders, whatever leadership role they have it has clearly gone so beyond their head. They are rude and constantly picking on people hey pecieve as poor or homeless. Normally I’m in agreement with not allowing a person to remain in a business if there are health/hygiene issues or if they are drugging out in front of my family but I’ve watched people come in, pay for a meal and instead of being able to enjoy it these two heavier set girls go out of their way to insult them or worse trespass them for no reason and then threaten to call the police. It’s sad that a manager of a fast food restaurant can be so mean and judgemental, it’s ugly and unenjoyable to see especially with my children. It’s the reason I no longer go inside to air down. How is McDonald’s allowing their employees to be discriminating against paying customers.

Very bad quality food. I have vomited after eating it. Customer service is OK, but nobody is at the front. Nobody hangs out there anymore. Make your own burgers and fries at home. Your body will thank you.

Last night at 10 pm I went here and I ordered 2 big Mac and 2 large fries and it was the best mcdonalds I’ve ever had you guys crushed it. One of the macs was for a friend I was meeting up with and I rushed to him so he could try it fresh too and he agreed so whoever was cooking the burgers on 1/01/2025 keep up the good work

Pros: It’s close to the Lynnwood Link and food is sometimes hot and fresh. Plenty of parking. Cons: Food is often cold, limited seating, homeless people hang out there. But most of all, many of the staff don’t do their job with passion and effort.

Horrible. Sat there for 15 minutes waiting for our food while they served Uber and drive through first. Food was cold. Burger mayo was just on one side mostly on the box. Tomatoes looked old and gross had to take them off.

I was so upset at the traffic I was trying to get there before 10:30, I was 2 min late. Only got a pie & coffee. But the drive thru guy was so awesome. God bless. Sorry for rude. But props for dealing with me.
