Pulled into this location to get a quick bite was greeted at the first window of saying by a very rude customer service worker. She just sent my money close the window but didn’t realize I also have a debit card and I told her have a great day and she just gave me a good day and then I came to the window. I was like the third car pulled and then they pulled like five more cars after me I rate one service food fresh and hot they brought my food after 7 mins left my free and one sandwich out of 6 was wrong.

My husband and I eat at this McDonald’s often. This store has a great management team. The people that work there are very friendly. The store has a great atmosphere, is clean and organized. Their breakfast and iced coffees are our favorites. All of their food is good!

Worst one in the tri-state area. Went to go get food tonight and pulled up to order and they said they were closed. It was 8:40pm. Everytime we go here it’s some new bs. Food is not right or it’s cold. Good luck going inside to find a “worker” if inside is even open. Very rude staff. Never going to this one again. Would NOT recommend. Tried to post a complaint on the website and you can’t unless you actually got a order. Can’t do that if they close early for no reason. And I doubt it’s because of the weather because the gas station it’s attached to was still open with lots of customers.

McDonald’s is well-known, and many people enjoy it. I don’t eat at the chain that often. Mostly when my grandchildren ask. Walking into this particular store, there are three different people waiting to place an order. The lady in front stated that she did not believe anyone was working the front counter, which became obvious after a while. While we waited, we noticed several employees conversing in the back. Some even ate, while others simply wandered around doing nothing. Clearly not concerned with the customers or their needs. A short time later, they decided it was once again time to work. Definitely would not return to this location.

Would give zero stars if I could. They make you pull up almost every single time that you go. The staff is also rude. We ordered snack wraps and of course… they told us to pull up
When my husband finally went in to see what the hold up was and dealing with our cranky baby in the back, he was told it would be SEVEN minutes for the tenders.
When someone orders something that isn’t ready, maybe let’s MENTION that it’s not ready yet and will take several minutes.

Burgers were raw inside. Why? Isn’t the grill hooked to a timer.

Went through the drive through… ordered a bacon, egg, cheese biscuit and a large French Vanilla Cappuccino. Biscuit was hard and the bacon was dried out.. The French Vanilla Cappuccino was only half full…. Pretty big rip off….

Like any McDonald’s you get the ambiance of a welcoming place but you can’t get welcoming service or even your order. Just sad. But I’m sure thats not going to stop people from eating there and I don’t want you to stop, McDonald’s is a perfectly nice place to go just wish I could get the food I order.

we went through the drive-through on a Wednesday night. All the websites say they close at 11 PM. We went through the drive-through at 10:35 PM and the lady at the counter said that they were already closed. Either the store needs to stay open to the advertised hours or you need to update your website listing. This is not the first time this has happened at this facility.
