I have frequented here in the past and have always enjoyed it but recently it has gone down hill. I have a gluten allergy which makes it fairly difficult to eat at resturants but have always felt safe eating here as they have dedicated spoons for every topping. I’ve noticed recently that although every item has there own spoons the workers are choosing not to use them and instead are just putting there hands in each item. That totally invalidates the purpose of having the spoons in the first place and is generally kind of disgusting as your mixing food items as now your gloves are covered in many differnt ingredients. If you do not have a gluten allergy and don’t mind the mixing of your ingredients then I would say the overall taste isn’t bad alough the quality has gone down in recent years as prices continue to rise.

While their food is quite good, all things considered, the customer service is at best lackadaisical, and at worst, it’s most definitely far below subpar. They’re rude, condescending and extremely snooty. Customer service can make or break a trip and purchase. This one totally broke it. But their food is really good. I’ve literally never had a bad meal from them ever.

We were told this place was good, it wasn’t. The meat in my friend’s burrito was dry, and we weren’t told that the guacamole or sour cream would cost $2 extra each. We were asked if we wanted chips and salsa, we said yes not thinking it would add to the cost as we were not told that it would and the question was asked like it would be complimentary. The staff was rude, particularly the man who started our food. I could barely hear him and he did not speak louder when I said I couldn’t hear him multiple times. The music was way too loud, making it impossible to hear eachother as we ate. All the tables were dirty, not a single one clean. There were also no straws. I felt rushed the whole time and quite frankly, I dont see myself going back.

The food quality is good, but the portion size on the tacos is ridiculous. I paid $10 for two tacos that looked like this. When I asked for more guacamole to the added, the young man the grudgingly flopped a whole extra scoop and made no eye contact and didn’t even roll it back up. I feel like the newer employees from the last several months really don’t care about customer service or portion control at all.

Not really impressed with this place. I guess I am just used to authentic Mexican Food made in a kitchen, not Subway style in front of me.
The food was mediocre, nothing I will be going back for. For the price I paid for what I got, I would rather go to a dine in authentic Mexican restaurant.
There must have been at least 6 people working behind the preparation/food bar and the bar was a sloppy mess. I understand they are trying to work quickly and efficiently, and it was a busy time when I walked in, but the customer can see all of that. The customer is supposed to see that, otherwise it would not be set up that way. They were slopping food all over the place, mixing items.
Once I paid the exorbitant price I proceeded to search for a table. There were about 5 open, every single one was filthy and needed to be wiped down. Have we not learned anything from COVID??
The napkin dispenser was empty; I had to alert the cashier to that as well as the dirty tables. Several minutes later, another employee came out to attend to these duties, but her first priority was to fill the napkins instead of cleaning the tables. Did I mention I was there at a busy time, when customers would be searching for a clean table to sit at?
Parking is plentiful, the location easily visible.

There are a lots of options to choose as you walk through the assembly line. Be ready to move through it fast on a Friday night Lol… you can also order ahead and pick up..probably what I will do next time.

Pancheros is a delicious burrito place. They make your burrito in front of you and you can even make it into a bowl meal. Always pay the extra money to get queso!! The burritos are huge and good for leftovers. They have signature hot sauces that taste amazing. Located next to Jenny Craig in asbury.

This was awful. Typically orders are fairly good size but the most recent was at least half the size of a typical order. The burrito bowl was not even half full and the quesadillas was laughable in size. Put it this way… after eating this we had to make dinner at home. Just insane.

Stopped in 40 min before close to eat in. EVERY table filthy. Cleaned off my own table. When looking for a trash can 20 minutes before closing, they were all removed. I was reprimanded by the cleaning lady as she was looking to shut the dining room down. Strange rules.
