I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location.
I ordered three sandwiches: two egg-and-cheese croissants and one bacon croissant. After waiting an extended amount of time at the drive-thru window, I checked my order before leaving and noticed one sandwich was missing. I immediately brought this to the attention of the employee at the window and did not leave the drive-thru.
Instead of resolving the issue promptly, the employee spoke with several staff members behind her, and they disputed whether the missing sandwich had already been placed in the bag. Despite my explaining that I had just checked the order at the window and confirmed there were only two sandwiches, the situation turned into an unnecessary disagreement.
While the missing sandwich was eventually remade and added to the order, the manner in which the situation was handled was unprofessional. Customers should not be made to feel as though they are at fault for a clear order error.
Based on this experience, I do not plan to return to this location.

I typically frequently this location as I commute to work but I will not be returning. Imagine my surprise when I bite into my bagel minis and see this. This is absolutely disgusting!

Food wasn’t fully cooked. It was cold. Hash browns were also not crunch. They were mushy and also cold. I also ordered a pup cup which they charged me a dollar for. I expect that but I usually get a decent amount of whip cream with one or two Munchkins on top. This employee grabbed a shot glass and filled it halfway with whipped cream and that’s it. I definitely do not recommend this location. Been here a few times and I’m always disappointed.

Put my order in on the app to pick up at the drive thru and when we pulled up there was one car in front of us. We sat long enough to put my car in park and when the car in front of us got their food they snatched it and drove off before even getting their bag in the car… Clearly they were upset. We pulled up and there were 4-5 people just standing around doing nothing and a few minutes later a gentleman opened the window and I told him my order # which was two small boxes of munchkins and a large coffee. He handed me the coffee and just stared at me like “what else do you want”. I told him there’s more to my order and it took all of 5 minutes for someone to put 20 munchkins in two boxes. Order wasn’t ready and there’s no welcome, hello, have a good day. First and last time at this location.

I was just at this Dunkin’ Donuts and had a really disappointing experience. First, they gave me the wrong order. When I finally got my croissant, it was so hard that if you squeezed it, it would crumble into pieces. I went back to get it replaced, and instead of good customer service, the staff acted like they couldn’t hear me when I spoke up about the issue. After all that, the replacement they gave me was burned. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

I used to really like the convenience of this location but for the passed few months they have been incredibly slow, and getting my order wrong. I place mobile orders so I can get to work on time but my order is never ready nor correct, despite it being the same order at the same time every day. Often I have to park and go inside to have it corrected and that makes me late for work. Wish there was a better option nearby.

Stopped in for a coffee after work and asked for it strong, with milk and sugar. The drink came out looking like there was no milk, and when I politely asked for a pump more, the employee gave me a nasty, bothered look. That kind of attitude ruins a customer’s day. If you’ve got something to say, use your words—not your face. Customer service should always be professional.

this dunkin used to be great and now it’s gone completely done hill. they never actually have anything ready for you on time or when they’re supposed to. it’s an unnecessary hassle early in the morning
