The ice cream was great, the location is prime. On the inside, there was paper napkins all over, the tables were dirty and sticky. I don’t understand how a business with 5 employees and downtime don’t have them pick up the litter and clean up the tables. It seems like there was no one in charge.

I ordered two LOVE IT size ice cream and 1 like it for delivery. They send me 2 small (like it size) one of them inside of a love it cup to make it look big and still charged for the price! 🙁 total of $34. 92 for 3 ice creams!

Had a great experience thanks to Sharon. I came in at night with a very large order for 6 people and she quickly prepared all of the different orders for my family.
I would also like to mention I asked for one of the orders to be made in the back due to a severe peanut allergy and without hesitation she went right over to the back and made the order with a smile on her face.
I appreciated her hospitality and the best part is she got every single order perfect !

Nice place friendly staff. It’s nice to sit outside next to fountain but someone should come out occasionally to sweep area very trashy looking. Also invest on new furniture or at least spray painting current one it would make a big difference.

I stopped by this Cold Stone Creamery location, in the Stirling Town Center, to redeem my birthday BOGO offer. The store is large with a variety of soft serve ice cream flavors, toppings, and ice cream cakes/sandwiches neatly displayed in cases. They also have milkshakes, smoothies, and prepackaged ice cream. Seating is not allowed inside, but you can enjoy your sweet treat in the seating outside. Customers are required to wear their masks upon entering and should be 6ft apart while waiting in line.
There were two friendly employees preparing the customer’s creation of choice in a timely manner. When it was my turn, I ordered a Like It Rum Raisin mixed with peanuts and a Like It French Vanilla mixed with roasted almonds. I come to Cold Stone almost on the regular when I have a taste for ice cream. It’s made fresh, very creamy, and priced reasonably. You can also earn points on your purchase if your phone number is registered. You get a $5 reward when you accumulate 50 points.

Bought an I like it and love it. The girl behind the counter must’ve been new cause I came out with nothing in the cups 5 spoon full and was done before I paid $15. I complained and she didn’t care.
