Came here to study real quick with a friend and the staff was really nice and fast:) I ordered kind of a complicated drink through the app and I was afraid it was not going to come out that well and it was perfect! All I have to say is, wow. The ginger spice girl that works there is the best worker I’ve ever seen! She moves with efficiency and is so kind to customers. She even put extra cinnamon on my pink frap! I absolutely my go to Starbucks.

Exceptional Service from Nyla!
​I am extremely satisfied with the customer service provided by Nyla. She is an exemplary employee who genuinely cares about her customers and sets the bar for customer service incredibly high!
​I recently purchased a gift card and, in my haste, forgot to grab a gift card holder. Nyla noticed and went out of her way to make sure I received one before I left.

This small but significant action sets an example of truly amazing and exemplary customer service.
Employees like Nyla ensure that, I remain a loyal Starbucks Customer!

I’ve caught so many attitudes in the past here from the drive thru, I just stopped going. I would go every other day for breakfast. Come to think of it, I never retaliated back and I should have. I just took it. I’ll peep back in and see if everything has progressed now. I love the frappes.

I ordered a grande green tea lemonade with no ice. If a drink costs over $5, I prefer to get my money’s worth rather than half a cup diluted with ice. When I arrived at the location this morning, the store was empty. I greeted the staff and politely asked the barista on hot bar if I could have a venti cup of ice. She said yes and asked for a minute. I wasn’t in a rush and kindly responded, “No worries.”
While I waited, I observed the barista roll her eyes, appear visibly annoyed, and then slam the cup of ice on the counter before walking away. I was taken aback but still said “thank you.” I’m not sure if she was having a bad morning, but I didn’t expect that kind of reaction for politely asking for a cup of ice during downtime.
This is one of my local Starbucks locations across from the hospital, and the staff are usually welcoming and kind, which is why this experience stood out. Even after working long 10-hour shifts myself, I make an effort to treat everyone with respect. I hope this feedback helps reinforce the level of customer service Starbucks is known for.

I love Starbucks! Today I ordered the new pumpkin spice latte and I forgot to ask for it hot so it was made iced. When I expressed it to the barista he says: “no problem, I will make it hot for you, give me a view”. That was everything on a morning that I really needed my coffee fix! Thank you so much for your kindness!

I ordered two drinks with less ice, and one came filled with ice. When I asked them to remake it, Michael came back with four pieces of ice and sarcastically said, “Is this enough?” completely unprofessional when he remade the drink I asked if he added the flavor I ordered, and he insisted he did, even though the drink had zero flavor.
When I asked him to make it correctly according to the sticker like I ordered it, he got rude, blamed me, and acted like I was being difficult. The final drink was clearly made wrong on purpose and tasted like straight up syrup it wasn’t even drinkable. I don’t wanna keep asking for someone to keep remaking my drink I just want it made how I ordered it . This was one of the worst and most disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had at Starbucks. Michael definitely needs serious retraining, because the way he treated me and handled my order was completely unacceptable!!

Always disappointed when I decide to go to Starbucks. The bacon Gouda egg sandwich is trash; dry bun, no flavor, tiniest bit of ingredients inside. And eww, what is going on with the flavors lately? Tastes like fake, chemically mess. That eggnog latte…I’m so annoyed. They just play in our faces by giving us trash and expect us to continue to visit. The employees aren’t super nice to begin with and then if you don’t leave a tip their tiny bit of kindness fades away completely. I’m done.

I didn’t realize you needed to ask for light ice every time you order a drink just to get a reasonable amount. My grande drink was only a few gulps and 90% of it was ice. Disappointing especially for the price.
