I used to love this location but after coming here daily for quite some time (a venti iced caramel macchiato with an added shot totaling four shots) the quality has really gone done. After several tries returning, the espresso seems extremely watered down. It tastes like I’m getting a big cup of milk. I go to other locations and the drink comes out great. Not sure if the espresso machine is not pulling properly? Or what but it is disappointing especially when I pay almost $8 for a drink everyday. It’s like playing Russian roulette. Will it be good today or not and this location just never gets it right. Please check your machine!!!! This location is convenient and the baristas are sweet but I think the espresso machine is not working properly. I tried this location again this morning after not coming here for about three months and it’s the same way. Horrible quality. My iced macchiato with four shots tasted like water

Now I see why Starbucks is becoming a failed business! I walked in and went to the counter and asked for a code for the restroom. I just got out of my car after a long drive and wanted use the facilities then place an order. But to my surprise, the crew member ARIANNA, said “well are you going to order because it’s only for paid customers”. Wow, that’s how guests are treated here! Well yes I ordered after I used the restroom! Bad business practices. Complete trash service and hospitality! Shame on Starbucks!
