To start, this restaurant is a Pub / Bar in my opinion. I knew that before entering. The staff was friendly and courteous. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. I had a burger with all condiments and fries. The fries were brought to the table hot, very hot. The burger was fresh ground beef and cooked to perfection and flavor. My wife had fish tacos that said were delicious.

The last 2 times I have been there the service sucks. I sat there for over 20 minutes and the server walked right past me to help someone in the lottery area and ask.is everyone ok when she walked past me I had to ask for a drink that may I add never got. There were only a handful of people in there and it was about 6 pm on Sunday night . They have lost a customer and nothing worst than word of mouth reviews.

The staff was extremely rude. Came to have dinner with my lady. The next thing I know they are making unfounded allagations against me. I was asked to leave. I left gladly. This type of customer service is uncalled for. Sharky’s is a hole in the wall and it’s obvious why.

This place looks dingy from the get go. Definitely a bar you go into and get an overwhelming smell of mildew. We picked up our orders because we live a minute away and have a 9 year old who was hungry. It states that they have the best burgers in town. I beg to differ. The patties weren’t seasoned and didn’t have a great sear on them. The buns were boring and dry. The whole thing was mediocre at best. Much like a mcdonalds hamburger. The french fries and tots tasted like old oil and the tots tasted freezer burnt. The wings were Okay. They were very salty and had a decent buffalo sauce. Do you see those celery sticks? That’s all it came with. Yup. Seriously. Oh well.

So, I don’t know what the heck is going on here, they have new management or what .. but the last 4 times I have been in there gambling, all I get is dirty looks from the rachet bartenders that work there now, and if I have a ticket, I am standing there, they walk passed me, look me in the eyes, then go and start asking people if they need more drinks, or go wipe down tables, and completely ignore me for over 20 minutes. I would say I am just being paranoid, but then my bf goes in tonight to get food, after calling and is told to wait a minute on the phone, they set the phone down and he can hear everything going on for legit 24 minutes and 47 seconds before he finally hangs up and goes there, at the time of writing this their line is still going straight to voicemail. So then, he gets there and describes the exactly same type of experience. He went in, they chick asks him if he wants a drink he said no he was here for food, then she says ok she will be with him in a second, then goes and asks 3 other people if they wanted another drink, then some chick comes in and gets carded and asked if she wanted a drink and she said she was there for food, and the idiot bartender takes her order and completely ignores my bf. So, until they get new workers, we won’t be going back because these chicks are rude as hell and can’t blame it on anything except that. I miss Jackie and Sunshine, these new chicks just lost 20 year business for this establishment.

This place is great! I ventured out after a couple of weeks of being sick to get some food. My girlfriend and I were instantly greeted with “welcome in” and smiles by Tim and Sarah! Tim asked if we would like cocktails and offered menus and details of their specials. Our drinks were spot on, and we both got the special: a jalapeño popper burger! Absolutely delicious, and the drinks were spot on! They both were very attentive to our needs and made fantastic recommendations! I would recommend this place to everyone for lunch, dinner, or a date night!

The food is good the waitresses are terrible. They never clear your table refill your beverage if it isn’t alcohol or ask if you need anything.
