We were very impressed by the food. It lives up to the NOLA style. We ate at prime lunch time, but they have plenty of seating so there was no wait. We had the conch fritters (the sauce was amazing!), jambalaya, blackened shrimp po boy, bread pudding and beignets. The desserts were so good, we didn’t even share them with each other. Service was great and we always had drink in our cups.

We were at St. Thomas for a week and we ate out every day and by far this was the best food. Recommend the Conch fritters they are the best on the island. I’m a very picky eater and was a little worried but I ordered the snapper blackened with Lemon caper sauce served with maque choux and rice. It was freaking amazing!

Arrived a little before or reservation, we were seated right away. The place was not crowded but that changed quickly. It became full before we left and Brenda and Miles handled it well with the help of the other staff. The food was spot on and very tasty. I had the pork chop and my wife had the pasta creole and the both were delicious. It’s a cute place for sure.

Chill atmosphere (dimmed lighting). Service was great. Came for the lunch menu. We had conch fritters(fried), French onion soup (good), Gumbo soup ((
Good, not spicy), Jambalaya (plenty of shrimp), and finished it all with the yummy beignets(right out of the fryer/warmed)!

Everything we ordered was spectacular! I had the Bourbon Steak Au Poirve. The sauce was very tasty and the steak was tender and not fatty. It was also served with the creamiest mashed potatoes that I’ve ever had. For our appetizer , we shared the Fried Zucchini. This too was crunchy and delicious. Others in our party ordered the Chicken Pasta Creole. This was extremely tasty and very filling. For dessert, we all shared the Brownie a la Mode. This was absolutely amazing. The brownie was rich and warm, and was complemented perfectly with an enormous scoop of vanilla ice cream. Service was very attentive. This place came recommended, and it certainly lived up to the hype.

We have a son with autism so we rarely go out to eat because of the possible triggers that could set our son off or the looks we get from people when our son vocally stims — but this is one of the handful of places we can take him and actually have a good experience. The food is always great. The Alfredo and gumbo are out of this world! Not to mention the service of Miles is fantastic! He may have been the only server on the floor last night but he always makes it a point to come up to our son and be so kind to him. He talks to him and makes us feel like a regular family just there to enjoy our night out and I can tell he remembers him everytime we come. Thank you Miles and French Quarter Bistro for being one of our few safe spaces to enjoy. ❤️

We had a great dinner here, the food was good and the waiter was great as well. I took one point off for atmosphere because we were seated right next to the loud kitchen entrance when half the restaurant was empty and we had to ask to move to another table, the waiter seemed annoyed at the request, but he got over it. We started with French onion soup and a salad, both were great. We then had the filet with red wine reduction (without the blue cheese topper) and the Salmon, again both were wonderful. Lastly we ended with the bananas foster bread pudding and the cheesecake, they were both amazing. All the food here seemed fresh and had amazing flavor. There is a reason this place has the reputation that it does. Our food was around $150 for 2 people plus gratuity so definitely not cheap either. This is definitely a top place to eat on St. Thomas.

This place is an absolute gem! The owner, Charlie, was so friendly, open, and generous — you can really feel how much he cares about creating a great experience for his guests. Our server, Zack, did an excellent job and was attentive and timely throughout our meal.

The food was beyond great — full of depth and flavor that truly exceeded my expectations. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and perfectly balanced. If you’re visiting St. Thomas, do yourself a favor and give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed!
