Im not normally one to review places online, preferring to spread just by word if mouth, however this place was such a delight i had to offer both.

For starters the cook abd i assume owner was very kind. I dined in and was given a lovely order of kastudon. One that wasnt overfilled with rice, or pork. But instead was a perfect blend, I find kastudon can sometimes be served with to much rice and to little sauce; in fear of making the pork cutlet soggy, but instead a good even amount of fully sauced rice came my way. The flavor was well balanced and the egg and veggies were impactfull and tasted fresh!

Not just that but the silverware. I was brought a nice pair of chopsticks! The kind that im not afraid of as they where so smooth. And the spoon that was deep enough to easily scoop the rice! Fantastic meal and care! I can tell he cared about not just the food, but the place as a whole! What a delight

Best Thai milk tea I’ve ever had! And the pork ramen is absolutely exquisite! I tipped, so the amount is higher than the actual cost!

I got sushi, curry udon, and an iced matcha. It was all so delicious! And they were so nice! ❤️ Can’t wait to come back to try more.

First time here with high expectations after reading reviews. Had two of the sushi rolls which were good, but the avocado on top was slightly over ripe and a little brown. They were served in styrofoam which was disappointing. There were no plates. Had to mix the soy sauce and wasabi in a plastic to go container.
Had the miso ramen- spicy ( there was an up charge for this) and the broth was a little too salty but noodles were nice and chewy. If you want spicy, there are packets of Sriracha on the Counter which I found after ordering.
My dining companion had the Tom yum noodle which was dry and had very little cabbage or green onion. This dish wasn’t sour or very spicy like typical Tom Yum soup. It was more of a Phad Thai. Def overpriced for what you received and also in a styrofoam to go container. It’s a self serve and you order via touch screen and get your plastic forks, napkins etc at the counter and go and sit down and wait for the food to be brought to you.

I will return to try some of the other dishes but overall and sadly, I wasn’t impressed.

We tried it for the first time last night and it was amazing! We got the Ramen Noodle Soup and Yaki Udon with beef/spicy. It was so tasty! We will definitely be back picking up again for future dinners!

Hands down the best Japanese restaurant I’ve ever been to, the owner was incredibly friendly and nice, the food was absolutely fantastic. I had 2 rolls of sushi, gyoza, and ramen and all of it was some of the best I’ve ever had for a great price. I was shocked at how little people were there after how good the food was. Over all 11/10

The food is good and are reasonable prices. Employees and owner are nice and quick! Wait time for food doesn’t take that long! Love the Yakiniku Beef Don with the creamy sauce on the napa cabbage 9.5/10! You can also request the food to be spicy!!

The food was great. Very authentic. My only complaint, and I hate to even mention it because the guy that was running the place by himself seemed to be doing just that all the time, is that the atmosphere. There was no oriental decor and Taylor Swift was playing. Other than that, what I’m assuming was the owner, was super nice and prepared an awesome lunch.

Everyone was friendly, disappeared after food arrived. Felt as if we were the only ones in the restaurant. Food and presentation underwhelming. All food was served in to go containers and tepid in temperature. 2 hotish teas, 2 mini spring rolls, 2 lukewarm miso soup[tasted instant], and 2 noodle dishes with scant cabbage, onion, or flavor was nearly $50.

Hands-down one of the best Japanese restaurants I’ve ever been to.

Donburi Sen absolutely blew me away. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I ordered the ramen and was impressed by the rich broth, tender meat, and perfectly cooked noodles—it was comfort in a bowl. You can tell everything is made with care.

The service is quick and friendly, and the place is spotless. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout, this spot delivers every time. You can tell the staff takes pride in their work, and it shows in every bite.

If you’re anywhere near this place and craving authentic Japanese cuisine, don’t even think twice—go to Donburi Sen. You won’t regret it.
