My husband ordered a Farmhouse breakfast and I ordered a chicken fajita omelette with NO cheese or sour cream. When our server came to give us our food my omelette had no sour cream, but it did have cheese. I didn’t mind if it had cheese on top as I can always just remove it, but I asked her if it had cheese inside she said no. My husband checked and it did have cheese inside. My husband decided to keep it just so they won’t throw it away since we don’t like nothing going to waste. So I asked her if I can have another one of the SAME ONE,but with no cheese and no sour. When I told her that she look bothered/serious. She then came with my food and tell me why she came with a SPICY POBLANO OMELETTE. I hate spicy food and I don’t like red meat.I just decided to keep it and remove everything so I was literally eating a plain egg. I didn’t tell the girl nothing because she just looked like she didn’t want to be serving/working.I don’t know if she wasn’t paying attention or the cooks because on the receipt it does say chicken fajita omelette with no sour cream or cheese. Left that place very disappointed since they got my order wrong twice.

Service was very good, fast, friendly and efficient. The table surfaces need replacement, the signage frame for $7 meals was warn and dirty and needs replacement. Cleaning of surfaces customers can reach need a good cleaning. You can choose your meat on the $7 meals but not your carbs,ie toast instead of pancakes is not allowed, Silly

It was not a good visit. Understaffed and too long wait to get the order ( It takes like 40 minutes to get it and served our pancake cold – thank god I got the replacement right away) And when we are about to pay (cash) ( The waitress said “We don’t have changed! …was grumpy And take it anyways) waited patiently to get our changed and ask her and she said “ You guys have to wait we are busy”so giving you all the heads up, If you’re paying cash You need to be prepared to wait again for another 15 minutes to get your changed. We will never be back on this IHOP branch.

So here’s the reason why IHOP, and chains just like it, are heading to bankruptcy: at 1:30 in the afternoon I had to wait almost 10 minutes to get seated at a table that had to be cleaned even though there were at least a dozen empty tables available throughout the restaurant. Another 10 minutes and no one had ever come over to the table to take an order. I simply got up and left never to return.

I was given a wrong burger and then cook decided to scrape everything off and then resend a cold torn apart burger back to me with same fried and looks like water added to the ketchup. The wait staff was in attentive and sat at a table across from us eating Little Caesars pizza. I wouldn’t eat at this location.

Food was great. Service so-so. Order was wrong. Bacon ordered, sausage served. But server quickly got the bacon for my guest. Strange people in there. Someone had a scarf over his head covering his face while he ate. People dressed oddly. A group talking really loudly. Otherwise atmosphere good. Easy access for the older and frail. No steps. Handicapped parking spaces close to the walkway.

Haven’t been to IHOP in a long minute. Prices have gone way up, even the senior menu. Opted for the House Favs menu, $7 bucks! However $ great, adding coffee or drinks is not $ friendly.
