I went here for sandwiches through the drive through. First, the entire restaurant smelled like weed smoke. It was so strong that I could smell it before I pulled to the window. My second issue was that no one was wearing gloves. I find it hard to believe this store has had any type of audit or serve safe inspection. My third issue was how long I waited for just sandwiches, which took over 10 minutes. It has never taken that long for me to get my food on a day that isn’t busy. I do not recommend this restaurant location at all….

There’s 1 girl there that will make your food cold if you don’t tip her in drive through, they’ll hold the card reader out the window so you have to consider tipping.
I’ll avoid this place for now and give it another chance later.

Taste bad 4/5 times. Using a mobile order and they say “we just got that so you’ll need to wait” like duh id wait if I ordered at the intercom. They can never make the drinks right. Better off making it at home

I can only give 2 stars because the cashier didn’t greet me until I got her attention and she didn’t give me a warm welcome. The store looks clean and the grade is good but the outdoors looked awful due to trash, it’s not inviting at all.

Went here every single morning to get my son breakfast for school and a coffee multiple times arrived at work and the coffee tasted like water. Multiple times gave me the wrong order so today I decided to show my bank transaction for yesterday cause again they gave the wrong order to my son and I never complain, they was so rude the manager said it was nothing she can do without the receipt when I showed the amount of my purchase and could’ve took the time to look up recent purchase from yesterday. It wasn’t about the order being incorrect or me wanting a free sandwich, it’s the fact that It happens way to often and I never complain and it’s a waist of my money. No apology or anything. I will never spend money here again I been going to this same dunkin for over 4yrs and the past 6months it has really went down.

I would drive miles just for customer service young gal at the window attitude sucks from hello at the drive thru like fr and questions I ask about and item her responses were rude and so I went back in and thru my drink away 10 min to remake the one I ordered correctly from the git-go and so i parked car and went in thru drink away and I guess they allow her to act this way bc look I went in and just paid for a new one and watched it being made and it taste like crap for 5$ i paid a total 17$ and for a nasty crossoint and nasty brown sugar expresso usually my go to bc the ppl always are nice but this morning was horrible

I went thru the drive thru this morning and now apparently Dunkin is asking for tips on the Credit card machine. Absolutely ridiculous for a fast food establishment. At this point it feels like its panhandling. Im not tipping someone for bad service and pooring coffee in a cup.

Went in almost at closing time. The 2 young men that was working was amazing. I wish I got there names. They was very friendly and made a stop for ice cream after getting out of the hospital an amazing and enjoyable time.

i went into this dunkin at like 6:30 on 11/7/25 and i placed my order on the kiosk and genuine ly waited 10 minutes for one of the 5 workers to even step foot out of the back area and when they did they were using my drink to train someone which is fine i get it but i ordered a cold brew and i guess they were out and then they told the trainee to just make it regular iced coffee and add a double shot of espresso to my drink instead of asking me if i wanted anything else i also asked for extra ice and i swear there is literally 7 ice cubes in my drink and tastes like char on a steak horrible food horrible service i used to work at a dunkin it’s genuinely not that hard
