Came here to try out Rocky mountain oysters for the first time. Since it’s my first time trying them I cant personally judge how good they are but they were good and came with a good amount of fries. The burgers were crazy good. Asked for medium and got the most perfectly medium burger I ever had. The coleslaw was only cabbage and a bit too sweet but flavorful. The chili with the burger tasted canned but still was a nice addition.

This place is not good; went down hill fast! Everything was nasty. If you get anything fried expect old nasty fryer grease and for everything to be over cooked and disgusting. Avoid at all cost!

The server Daniel was amazing!

I eat lunch here once a week if not twice a week, the staff is great and always friendly. For a bar the food is great and wait times are low. great place to stop in and have lunch or catch some live music on the weekends.

The food was excellent and bartender Joe went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The Rocky Mountain Oysters were very good and my Philly Cheese Steak sandwich was perfect.

Review of Rusty Bucket-
.
Place of business was exceptionally clean and not busy.
The cook had great skills and has worked for the Rusty Bucket 29 years.

Rusty Bucket serves fresh ingredient bar food.

Main dish-
The only thing lacking on burgers was a little finishing salt and/or butter fried buns.
(Personal preference)
There was a .75 charge for American cheese.
Quite possibly the best French fries I’ve eaten. Clean oil in fryers!
Appetizers-
Fried Mushrooms were the gem of our meal. Great portion to share.
The taste of the Rocky Mountain oysters was on point, but value in basket for $12 was disappointing. It comes with French fries…could be a meal for one. They were delicious. Homemade cocktail sauce was good.
There was a charge of .50 for extra ranch.
Tea was fresh brewed.

Waitress was friendly attentive and informative on live entertainment on Wednesday and Saturday evenings. Blues music.
Would absolutely go back on special occasions.

My mom owned a bar and restaurant years ago, so the extra little charges were odd to me. It was a common courtesy at her establishment. Price of food covered any extras. The little extra charges surprised us looking at the final ticket.

All in all, a solid 4/5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

The whole reason we stopped by was because the website listed pork medallions as an option. After we sat down, looked over the menu and began to order, we were told they do not have them and probably won’t ever again. We decided to stay anyway and I ordered the potato skins and my partner ordered the steak. No problem with my food, but his was disappointing. Baked potato was drowning in sour cream (he said it was the saddest potato he’d ever seen) and the steak had absolutely no sear. He was hungry so he ate it, but we won’t return. (It was very slow and service was fine.)

This bar was awesome! It was band night and they were jammin. The atmosphere was great. The food was amazing, not your normal bar food. Definitely going back.

Been here several times and always enjoyed ourselves. Tonight the food was terrible. The chicken in the Cobb salad was tough and dry. The table knife barely cut it. The chicken fried chicken was practically burnt fried, and the chicken was again tough. The burnt fried breading was scraped off the chicken and left on the plate. Neither of us finished our dinners. The potato skins were great. It was “blues” night for the band. We enjoyed the music, the service and the crowd. We will be back because of the live music, but not so much because of the food.

I’ve been here probably a dozen times and have yet to experience bad food or unfriendly service! Truly a hidden gem, I see many more nights here in my future
