Messed up order and had to go through line twice, super simple order. I wasn’t upset though because the young woman at the window had excellent customer service. But I open food, disgusting, Mexican pizza half out of the box slopped together and even went through the bag. Food super sloppy, nachos in bottom of bag. Food tastes old. Super disappointed- YOU HAVE ONE JOB to make a taco SMDH I won’t return for nasty sloppy food. I think the owner should make a secret order!!! See what they’re feeding their valued customers!!!

Went there 12/16 at 6:10pm waited in line, lobby was locked, and never got to order. Everyone in line had to back out because they hadn’t gotten there order taken. Waste of time.

The manager is always there when I go, I don’t think he ever takes a day off and he always remembers me and greets me with a smile. Service is always quick and the food is fresh. Best Taco Bell in the area.

The old man with the glasses ( I believe he’s the manager ) is always getting my orders wrong because he can’t hear right. He shouldn’t be working there no more if he has issues hearing. In the most respectful way. And when I tell him he has my order wrong he ignores it and gets mad. It’s happened multiple times

Terrible. I went twice in 2 weeks. Both times the same young man says through the drive thru that the system is down. Doesn’t Apologize or say how long. Just says system is down.
Not sure if the manager knows this is happening. I appreciate it young kids working since everyone is short staffed but odd the 2 times this happened.

Corporate needs to take a look at the night crew. Went to this location AND Frankfort in the same night. Left both locations without food. They are turning customers away. Taco bell is going downhill. I will never go to a taco bell again after countless excuses as to why they cannot make an order.
