We love going to McAllister’s. Have the app. Use it often. Today on the other hand. We come into the Logansport location. One guy nods at us as he walked into the bathroom. The lady on the other hand slowly got up from the back computer. Walks through the kitchen hands in her hair. We stand at the register for a good 5 minutes. And once my mother decided that she rather not eat where we were not wanted and walk out the door the same lady comes to the register and is like what couldn’t wait a minute. As a restaurant worker myself, I would never allow a Customer to feel so disrespected. That they walk out without an apology for the wait. No we didn’t buy anything. And having your hands in your hair while walking through a kitchen is a health code violation. This leaves me feeling like the sanitation of this location is beyond repaired. Would give zero star if i could. Maybe i will call the health department.

I ordered a Reuban. No sauerkraut. No cheese and very little thousand island dressing. When I brought this to their attention, I was told they were out. At what point and time did I order a corned beef sandwich. When did we stop informing customers that the order can not be completed correctly. Nothing was done or said except “sorry”. Real disappointment for my first time at Logansport store. Don’t think I’ll be back.

We ordered catering for a Celebration of Life for my dad back in June. The manager helped me over the phone since I live so far away. He was amazing and patient with me as we carved out the details for the day. I offered to pick up my catering even though they deliver. When I arrived we were greeted warmly and our food was ready for pickup at the appropriate time. The food was packaged wonderfully and they carried it to my car for me. All the sandwiches were delicious and fresh. They have a great variety of chips as well. The Mac and cheese was delicious! They were even kind enough to make it a standard Mac and cheese so my kids could enjoy it. I appreciate the folks at McAlisters for their kindness, efficiency and professionalism. I will definitely consider them again for my next catering.

After driving 20 miles (one way) I ordered 2 spuds and got home with only 1. Made tonight’s dinner and little sparse. If the employee had been paying attention to what I was asking for instead of visiting with her co workers then she might have gotten my order correct!

This place is better than Panera! Very similar in menu items. So glad we gave this place a shot.
It was busy when we stoped by for takeout- which was a good sign! Only a 10-15 min wait for a big order.

I went when they first opened and was very disappointed in the food and service. Not what I expected from McAlisters. I just recently went back and was impressed with how much it had changed. The food and service is what I expect when I got to MacAllister. Keep it up!!!

I am not sure where to start. This was our first time here and did not have a very good experience. First, we placed our order at 7:39. It took about 25 minutes to get our food. Right away I noticed there were onions on my sandwich. I had ordered no onions. I took it back to the counter and waited while 3 or 4 people were facing the other way. Finally I was helped. Explained I ordered my sandwich with no onions. The girl took my plate and within 20 secs brought it back. I asked if it had been remade and she said yes. Of course the sandwich had not and they had not taken all of onion off. My husband got the Angus potato. There was no more than a tablespoon of meat on it. We spent almost $30. Tried to get a refund and none of the codes would work. I was also told she will only refund my sandwich. And our plates had potatoes smashed on the bottom. They are obviously plating on a dirty surface. Also saw a black shirted guy making sandwiches while checking his phone. That’s a one and done for me. Do better or you won’t be there long. I have worked at a McAllister and I know this is not normal. I was supposed to get a call about my refund. I will be returning to check on my refund and sending emails and reviews until I get results. This was a Saturday. Standing at the counter with a plate of food means I need service. Face your customers. We are the reason you are there.
