This is hands down one of my favorite spots in town! I’ve been here countless times, and every visit is just as magical as the last. From the moment you step in, you’re greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere and the irresistible aroma of fresh pastries.
Their macarons are absolutely divine, light, delicate, and bursting with flavor. The bubblegum macaron is a huge hit, especially with kids, and every flavor I’ve tried has been a masterpiece. Their shakes are my personal favourite, perfectly blended, smooth, and refreshing. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick treat or planning a relaxed afternoon to get your assignments done, this place never disappoints.
Beyond the amazing food, the staff here are always friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more special. It’s rare to find a place that consistently delivers such high-quality desserts and exceptional service. If you’re in Chapel Hill, Le Macaron is an absolute must-visit! I can’t recommend it enough!

I am very disappointed. Eclair was not fresh, the size of macaroons was more petite than standard, and coffee was a super cheap low-key roast, not arabica or was not kept the right way and lost the beautiful smell and taste (sure if to add sugar and syrups it will be okay but try the clean black coffee here…). It feels like the place is going down the hill. In 2021, I visited this place, and it was much better.

Macarons were great. We especially loved the lemon meringue flavor. We also tried the chocolate twist which was very flaky and delicious. The atmosphere is very calming which is great for relaxing or working. Would love to come back soon.

We hired Le Macaron to deliver favors for our wedding. The macarons were delivered exactly as we had planned with a sign to depict each of the flavors! Each macaron was individually packaged with our choice of ribbon and tag. They tasted fresh and were a big hit for our guests as they left for the evening. We highly recommend Le Macaron as your wedding favor vendor!

Visited for the 1st time ,They have many flavor of macaron to choose and they have ice cream too.
We ordered assorted macaron take home but disappointed with their packaging it’s really not fit with delicate macaron. Hope they will improve the packaging because their macaron really good.
