Visited Bamboo my partner and I in November was immediately seated which was great! Was seated in a great location inside the restaurant. The server came over took order, which he was very polite, friendly and observant cause we were missing one of the table condiments. It was the first time to eat at this restaurant, have passed through where it’s located in Pechanga but looked always busy and possibly a long wait. We ordered Spicy sticky wings-Korean, Larb Gai-Thai, and Green garden vegetables prices was average. The food was very delicious and again the service was fantastic the waiter was very attentive. I would highly recommend a romantic dinner at this place.

If you haven’t tried Bamboo at Pechanga, you are seriously missing out. This little hidden gem completely surprised me. It may not be the biggest or flashiest restaurant inside the resort, but the food speaks for itself. They offer such a wide variety of Asian cuisine Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, Filipino and everything is made fresh to order. You can taste the quality. My personal favorites are the Galbi, which is tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, and the shrimp fried rice, which is packed with flavor and cooked just right. Simple dishes done exceptionally well. And do not leave without trying the donuts for dessert. They come out warm, soft on the inside with the perfect sweetness. Absolutely irresistible. The service is always friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even better. Whether you’re at Pechanga for a night of gaming or just visiting the resort, Bamboo is a must-try. Highly recommend.

I usually love dining at Bamboo Restaurant, but today was a different experience. The sisig we were served was makunat (chewy/tough). We asked for assistance and the Filipina staff relayed our concern, but the chef mentioned that it was “the right way to cook it/ should be that way.” I’m familiar with how sisig is traditionally prepared, and the texture was definitely not the usual or the ACCEPTABLE quality.
The patatim was also noticeably salty, which made it hard to enjoy despite the good flavor.
Another concern was the rice our three rice servings was placed into one MEDIUM bowl which look like small to me. Usually, rice is served individually, and if there was a change, it should have been communicated before or during service.
We genuinely like this restaurant and its food, which is why we hope the kitchen and staff can take this feedback positively.

The table in front of us and I got here at the same time. We ordered the same things. They got it within 10 minutes, and it’s been over 30 minutes and we still haven’t gotten our food. Nobody has talked to us in over 20 minutes. I asked for sauces and rice, and when the food came we had to wait another 30 minutes for them.

I ordered the 2.5LB Maine Whole Lobster.($135) Unfortunately, the dish was extremely unsatisfactory.
The shell was excessively thick, and there was barely any lobster meat inside.
The taste and overall quality were noticeably different and much poorer than my previous experiences.
Given the price of the dish, the quality was simply unacceptable and ruined my dining experience.

We stopped by this restaurant since we were staying at the hotel. The food here is okay, not bad for an Asian fusion place, but nothing to rave about either.
Out of the three dishes we ordered, I liked the Fried Rice the most. It was simple but well done. The Roasted Duck Noodles had decent broth, but the duck itself was really dry — not enjoyable to bite into. As for the Hot & Sour Soup, I’m not sure what extra flavor they added, but it didn’t work for me. I couldn’t even finish it.
Overall, it’s convenient if you’re already at the hotel, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again.

My partner and I frequently visit Pechanga, and we were excited to try Bamboo for the first time. The food truly exceeded our expectations—it was incredibly delicious! However, our experience was marred by significant service issues.

We were seated in the far back as a party of seven, which I understand can pose challenges in terms of service. Despite this, the wait staff seemed overwhelmed, and it negatively impacted our experience. One of our guests had dietary restrictions, specifically a soy allergy and a vegan diet, so we asked our waiter, Anthony M., to consult the chef about any concerns. Unfortunately, his uncertainty was disappointing and made us feel like our dietary needs weren’t prioritized.
As our meal began to arrive, we had hoped for an improvement in service, but it actually declined further. We found ourselves continuously waiting—whether it was for our food, drink refills, or even simple condiments. At one point, I had to get up and retrieve condiments from another table myself, which is not what you expect when dining out.

Here’s what we ordered:
Imperial Egg Rolls
Spring Rolls
Salt and Pepper Wings
Chow Fun Fried Rice
Beef Chow Fun
Bo Luc Lac
Chicken Red Curry

Again, the food was absolutely delightful, and it was the highlight of our visit. However, the service issues overshadowed what could have been a stellar dining experience. I genuinely hope to return one day and give Bamboo another chance, as I’d love to enjoy that delicious food with improved service.

***EXPERIENCE 2*** (Positive)

On my return to Bamboo the dining area atmosphere was lively and all the diners seemed to be enjoying themselves. This time around our party decided to order Crispy Orange Peel Beef, Chow Fun, and Chinese Broccoli. First to arrive were the Chow Fun and Chinese Broccoli. The Crispy Orange Peel Beef arrived shortly after. On this visit the dishes were all served in a reasonable amount of time. Both the Chow Fun and Chinese Broccoli were done perfectly, there’s not much else to say but, delicious. The Crispy Orange Peel Beef was masterfully done. It was extremely visually appealing. The beef was crispy, and yet the meat was still tender. And, the sauce beautifully coated the beef, and tasted incredible.

Our server was incredibly nice. I believe he was the same server we had on our previous visit. He was very knowledgeable of the menu, and helped us make the proper choices to enhance our dining experience. If you see a tall, nice, knowledgeable server. You may have met my server, the man with the human touch.

Our family trio was craving some Asian food. We ordered Yang Chow Fried rice which was very good. Along with Salt and Pepper Fish. The batter on the fish is thick, dense, and lightly crisp. The Fish itself is firm, yet moist and flaky. Without sauce it’s a little bland. However, topped with the included sauce it’s delicious.

The only issue was that the 2 dishes we ordered were served about 15 minutes apart. Ideally, all dishes should be served at the same time, or within minutes of each other.

Our server was pleasant and did a very nice job. Overall, our meal was very nice.

Don’t get a duck please. It is so dry. And the taste like it were sit in to the fridge a year. And then they fried it for you. The sous not about a duck.
The noodles were better. But not fairly.

Great place to sample some Asian (Vietnamese/Chinese/Filipino/Korean/Thai) dishes. You do have to wait to get seated, but the ambiance is pretty laid back and chill. The Filipino dishes we tried out (Kare kare etc) were pretty good and authentic. We visited during the FDA ban on Filipino sauces so they didn’t have bagoong. Staff were very nice and accommodating.
