I rarely review food chain resteraunts, but I wanted to give a shout out to a waiter there named Nathan . He was a young man who was probably the best waiter we’ve had in years. He was so attentive, personable, funny and on top of everything. He deserves recognition! We were so pleased with our experience there. Food was actually decent too!

As its coming back around on a year of boycotting this business and this location in particular. My fiance wanted to eat out on Saint Patrick’s day 2025. I frequent the Planet fitness near by so I drive by alot. My fiance and our 3 children all ate regular meals and 3 kids menu items. No alcohol and maybe a coke. I asked to have one thing wrapped up and for the check. It was not busy. It was about 4pm. left $125 on $100 bill. I left cash as the kids were tired and starting to fuss probably keeping staff at bay. Understandable. Still $125 under the receipt under a empty cup of water. Not advertised to everyone but certainly not hidden. We got everything n everyone together and as slowly as two parents with 3 kids could we made the slow exit with minimal fussing except for the wait staff that proceeded us to the parking lot to accuse me of leaving without paying and they were notifying the police. Never in my life have i been so embarrassed, I told them even though I thought the food and service to be poor I still paid and tipped well. Nothing like being embarrassed infront of your wife and kids and having to explain what’s wrong and why people are mad at us for absolutelynothing. We didn’t even see our server outside of ordering. I had to track her down to even ask for the check. Why someone would dine and dash would even inquire as to the check would need to be explained to me too. Congratulations on the worst restaurant experience of my 46yo life. I hope you no longer racially profile your customers without great cause because that was the poorest display of restaurant management ive ever seen. Do better Chili’s. Some people dont forget stuff like that.

We had Kylee as our waitress. Let me tell you she is one of the best I have had in years. Very friendly, professional amd polite. I definitely will be back and hope to get her as my waitress again.

Our local Chili’s never disappoints. The food is always fresh and delicious especially the honey chipotle tenders, which are hands down my absolute favorite. Huge shoutout to the cooks for consistently putting out great food. What really stands out though is the staff, even during my most recent visit on a busy Friday night, every employee was friendly and pleasant no stress or frustration in sight. Chili’s is always my go to when I’m looking to enjoy a great meal and a great atmosphere. ☺️

I’m not a huge fan of chains but we decided to go to the wareham Chili’s because my father loves Chili’s. They treated us with so much respect that my father said “wow they treated us better than in CA” The service was outstanding and made us feel at home. I will be giving Chili’s more visits after the service we received. My family was extremely happy and is looking forward to attending the wareham Chili’s on their next visit to east coast.

Chillis is a cornerstone of wareham. This restaurant has a little bit of everything and it does it all well. I go here on a weekly basis and always come out satisfied. The staff are also well trained to perform the best of customer service. The menu options get updated regularly while retained house favorites. I personally am a huge fan of the various flavors of lemonade and often go through as many flavors as I can.

Ordered fajitas for 2 thru DoorDash. The steak was overcooked & very chewy. We could not eat it.
Also ordered chips & salsa & the chips were covered in salt & not edible. Very few vegetables to add to the miss.
The chicken was tasty & the only highlight.

I haven’t been to chili’s in years and my husband and I decided to go on a date night at one of our favorite spots that we would go to as teens, and it just gave us all the great memories to why we loved it. I do not care for franchises but let me tell you, this is one that has a special place in my heart and the food was just as good as I remembered. Thank you Chili’s for bringing such great memories back to us after not being in a chili’s for many years. You will always be my #1 also i am in love with the honey Chipotle chicken tenders and no where else has made them as good as you. We enjoyed every bite. My other favorite is the frozen margaritas mmmmhmmmm GOOD! I went home wishing I had a chili’s near me but you’re about 2 hours away. Anyway, Go to chili’s people, you will not be disappointed.
