Great pho and quick service as well. Ordered the number one pho tai. It was raw beef in the pho but the soup cooked it. The broth was rich with flavor accompanied by the noodles. The bean sprouts on the side were nice but i wouldn’t add in the leafy greens.

Pho 54 inside Lotte Market serves some of the best pho… I’ve had rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The broth is aromatic, the noodles have the right texture, and the portions are generous. It’s the kind of bowl that instantly makes you feel warm and satisfied. The place itself is casual and located right inside the market, which adds a bit of a lively atmosphere. The only downside is that it gets really busy after noon, and finding a table can be tricky. Still, it’s totally worth the wait..definitely one of my favorite spots for pho in the area.

Saw this food court last time I was at Lotte Market and it caught my eye. Decided to try the pho with it raining outside, and glad i did. I got the Pho with Summer Rolls. The pho was excellent. Broth was Very good and portions were great too. Summer rolls weere delicious but wasn’t too fond of the sauce they paired with it. But it wasn’t that bad.

Pho 54 at Lotte Plaza Market – A Must-Try!
I’ve been to Lotte Plaza Market a few times, but this was my first time trying the spicy Vietnamese noodle soup at Pho 54—and I’m so glad I did! I can’t believe how fast the food was prepared and ready to serve—perfect when you’re in a rush. The broth was rich, bold, and full of flavor. I drove over 2 hours from Sarasota, and it was totally worth it. Later I picked up some international groceries from the market. A hot bowl of noodles is the best way to unwind after shopping on an empty stomach. I’ll definitely be back!

I have been going here for couple of years now and still the best pho for me! I went to Orlando yesterday for my appointment and I stopped here to eat my favorite Pho soup! I ordered #6. It never disappoint me! It was so good! I will drive again 30 miles just to eat this again!! Love it!

Ordered the #5 Pho. I found hair in my food. It looked as though the hair was plucked directly from the follicle. If you are wondering how I know–the hair was short and had a bulb at the end. I am disgusted!
I just went through the restaurant’s reviews and saw that there was a recent complaint from a person named Yahya who complained about having hair in his/her food. I wish I’d seen the review it before I patronized the restaurant.
I hope someone in the restaurant isn’t intentionally contaminating food. But, regardless of whether it was intentional or accidentaI, I won’t be returning.

Inside of Lotte’s Market’s food court. The tenderness of the meat brought out the flavors of the lemongrass to life. The rice platters are always delicious. The summer rolls were a great appetizers. The portions are small and it is a bit pricey.

Pho 54 is a Vietnamese food stand in the Lotte Plaza Market.
The banh mi tasted good and the baguette was fresh.

Not everything is good here, but the pho is on point. Broth has depth of flavor, and the meats were tender. The summer rolls were just ok. Their vietnamese coffee is worth a try if you like coffee, and they’re one of the few places that has winter melon tea. Service was friendly and food came out fast. Prices are reasonable for a food court. I’d come back.

I come to the Lotte Market sometimes to be surrounded by many different Asian cuisines and pick and choose an item from each place and end up being overwhelmed by how much I ordered. Literally the stuff of life.
The one stall I’ll focus on today, Pho 54, doesn’t have much in terms of ambiance. All it is is a storefront. Service is always quick and efficient. No complaints in any of those departments ever.
As for the food, I’ve tried quite a few items from their menu, but this particular visit, I had the classic Bánh Mì. This sandwich is always made perfectly here. You get that soft but strong bread that shares roots in France and ping pongs influence back and forth from Louisiana. The meat is always so tender and flavorful. And the veg is always bright and fresh and crisp.
I honestly think think this is the best bánh mì in town. Maybe I’m wrong. But at the very least, it’s the best bánh mì in my heart.
