Occupying space next to Vons with big dining space and plenty of parking. Simple seats with no fancy design, but comfy enough. They closed quite early in the evening but opened from lunch time.
They did provide self order kiosk but you could also order in person.
BTC itself represented what they offered, Burger Chicken and Taco. All dishes had Korean touch so we certainly got their Korean Fried Chicken in Spicy Korean sauce. We loved that the portion was great for the price and the sauce was finger lickin’ good. Wish the meat could be juicier, but still pretty decent!
We tried some of the tacos including Beef Bulgogi and Spicy Beef Rib. They were probably pricier at $6, but taste were luscious! Both were flavorful and great in their own way and toppings were plenty here. I wasn’t that much into their tortilla, but could compensate that it wasn’t their expertise. The seasoning certainly was the highlight.

First time at Chef Kang’s BTC and I’m seriously impressed.
The concept alone is fire — burger, taco, and chicken all in one place — but the food actually lives up to it. I ordered the burger and it was perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful, with a soft toasted bun, melted cheese, fresh lettuce, pickles, and a sauce that tied everything together without overpowering it.
You can tell everything is made with care, not rushed or thrown together. The presentation was clean, the portions were solid, and it tasted fresh from the first bite to the last.
If this was my first visit, it definitely won’t be my last. Can’t wait to come back and try the tacos and chicken next time. Highly recommend if you want quality comfort food done right.

I had a delicious lunch at BTC! I orders the spicy Korean wings and the kimchi stew. All the sauces are made fresh in house and you can taste the difference. The stew is cooked to perfection and also served with banchan that rotates weekly.
The staff is so nice and happy to help you with anything. There is also a full parking lot! It’s amazing to have great Korean food in the west side, with parking.

Got wings and the soy garlic and spicy soy garlic were absolutely amazing, perfectly cooked and while making it the right ammount of crunchy and Sauce was just right. Also got the crispy chicken skins, very crispy felt dry but sauce helped but still 5 stars because they are supposed to be crispy and crunchy not really a complaint really enjoyed them. Staff was extremely nice and helpful definitely recommend coming here.

Great experience and delicious food! In the top 3 of best fried chicken I’ve ever had. Sauces were on point. We got ours plain so we could try different toppings for our wings. The burgers were juicy and delicious. And the burrito was stuffed to the max. Everything was served on pretty plates too. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They checked on our table twice. We dined in but saw many people ordering to go too so next time we might do that option. Either way we will be back! P.S. One of the cleanest bathroom restaurants I’ve ever been in.

BTC by Chef Kang on the Westside is everything I hoped for. I’ve followed them since their Koreatown opening, and the fried chicken is still top-tier—perfect crunch with an unforgettable sauce. The egg salad is rich, creamy, and so well balanced. So good to have them closer to home.

We ordered chicken wings, glass noodle and jajangmyun. Nothing was bad but nothing was really great either. Everything was cooked well but the flavors on the wings was so so. The spice on the spicy soy garlic was odd. It’s not a Korean spice but more like a chemical spice. Hard to explain. The honey butter was a bit too bland and understated. The crisp on the wings was nice though.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this meal was so good! I loved the variety and everything was very well done. I especially liked the quail eggs and chicken wing. Pork was a little dry but fried very well.
I paid $24 ($31 after tip + tax) for this bento box and I think the value was solid.
Also I loved how the takeout container was bento box shaped 🙂

I came here to try it out on opening day with my mom and to our surprise, we were customer #1 & #2! Food was phenomenal, I don’t think I’ve ever had such an amazing burger. The chicken wings were very crispy, and delicious. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. You definitely gotta try this place if you’re in the area!
There’s also a wide selection of food, so everyone will find something they like, and for the price, you really can’t go wrong.
