Excellent service and food. This would be five stars, but I don’t like they asking for a donation to the children’s fund when all I went there is to get something to eat. I don’t know how much is actually going to the children after all the overhead and administrative costs.

I know this is small thing but I don’t super love this location because they skimp in their portion sizes. I usually go to the provo one better and get great serving. Panda is panda I always love a good Americanize Chinese Food. Other than that, the quality and taste is great. Also, we did doordashed this cuz we were working late.

Not too happy with my expierence tonight. I came in at 9 an hour before closing and they had half of the food put away. I asked for spring rolls they told me that they didnt have any. I asked them to make me some kindly and the lady rolled her eyes and said 10 too 15 min okay? I said yea that’ll be fine. Then I was cashed out by a gentleman named milton. He seemed very unhappy and rude. No eye contact and was not professional about his tone and just said “yep” after I said have a good day! I come her often with my boyfriend and today they didnt have an Beijing beef and normally they would offer to make some more but they were pushy and were trying to get us out the door. Again. It was not busy!!!!! I would not recommend coming during the night, day shift has always impressed me. When we sat down to eat it was about 9:30. One of the workers started putting up chairs around us!!! Me and my boyfriend looked at each other stunned. She didnt put chairs up any where hit around us. At this time we were fed up and left. I really just want you to know that if you go to this panda you may not get the best expierence. I noticed as we were walking out a couple went in at 9:38 and they were told to leave!!! What?!?!?!? This is not okay and I will be talking to corp. Fri, may 18.

If I could give this location a zero star I would, I arrived yesterday at 10:55 without realizing they open at 11:00 mind me the door was open, the tall hispanic guy at the grill was very rude to me almost yelling that they opened at 11:00 and kicking me out waving his hands like if I was a stray dog coming into the restaurant. I wouldn’t have left this review if he just would’ve said politely to come back in 5 minutes. But even locking the door behind me for being early 5 minutes is crazyyy. When I came back he was looking at me like if I had done something very wrong. I will never come back to this location as long as he still works there. I already submitted a complaint to corporate and will tell everyone I know about my experience. I’ve worked in customer service and in restaurants but this is definitely not a good face for this restaurant chain. Panda Express has always been my favorite but this experience was so unexpected and unnecessary.

Came in at 11:30, lady laughed and said they had no white rice, then said we actually forgot to do it. It will be 35 minutes for it to cook.

Love some good Chinese food. Great fast service with a smile. No matter what panda I go to I get the same great taste. Always fast and consistent. I can’t help but always get orange chicken and teriyaki chicken.

We love Panda for an affordable meal for our family. This location was especially attentive to our needs and offered extra plates and things without us having to ask! They kept our large family’s order straight and were fast. They even followed up with us on their service at the end of our meal. Thanks for the great lunch!

Chain restaurant which you always know what youb are going to get. Consistency. I like this location in Orem because of the drive thru. Plates are filled – good portions of food I also like the idea of rounding up your bill to donate to charity.
