I went in yesterday. ( not my normal little Caesars) , no one was inside as far as customers. No one greeted me and came from the back until about 6-8 minutes after standing inside. The lady with the glittery stuff on her eyes said hi, no I apologize for the wait or anything. I ordered 22 orders of pepperoni puffs and garlic bread ( Italian) w/ marinara sauce. She gave me a buzzer and told me when it buzzes drive around to the drive thru.. okay. What they need to do is close the inside and do this from the window. Cause why do I get out of my car to order , all to sit in my car and wait til the buzzer goes off to go to a window… after about 15 minutes buzzer goes off, I go to the window and the black guy hands me my stuff. Get to my house to see burned Italian cheese sticks, and burned pepperoni puffs. And the marinara sauce was freakin thick and jelly like. I will never in my life come to this nasty trap house again. It was dirty , no customer service at all and then on top of it all the damn food was nasty and burned. I threw all of that crap away!

Very bad experience at Little Caesars. I waited more than 30 minutes for a Detroit Style Slices-N-Stix, which is supposed to be quick. The cashier, Christa S., had a very nasty attitude and provided terrible customer service the entire time. She acted like she didn’t care about helping customers at all. No apology for the long wait or anything. The whole experience was very unprofessional and disappointing. I definitely will not be coming back to this location.

30 minutes waiting for pizzas that according to them are “hot and ready”, they told us, your order is in 15 minutes, plus they don’t let you wait inside, they themselves get confused and give their pizza to people who arrived after us. We arrived 6:20, ordered 6:24, and they delivered 6:53 pm. It is worth mentioning that just as people came in, they gave them their pizza, and we went in because it was our turn before them, they made us wait another 15 minutes because they had not made them.

6:59 pm I ordered 3 pizzas from the cashier, first she told me that my order would be 10-15 minutes away, when I entered the store again, it being 6:15, my order had not even been placed, she told me that in It would be 8 more minutes, he took me out of the branch. I entered after 10 minutes at 6:30 and he told me that my order was not yet there, that in 7 more minutes. It’s 6:50 and they still haven’t delivered my pizzas, plus the cashier has always been rude.

This is a serious complaint about this specific establishment. This incident occurred from 12:15 PM – 1:00 PM. I put in an order for a specific pickup time at 12:15.
Upon arrival the front door was locked and thought that the establishment was closed, upon checking store hours I realized the store was open because my order was taken online and not refunded or disputed in any way.
I knock on the front door drive through the door and see 2 workers making pizzas. Wondering why they didn’t open the door. After 10 minutes of knocking another customer arrives to knock with me wondering the same thing.
Then one worker finally decided to try to communicate why the door was locked through the window of the door and I was told to wait a few minutes so I did.
Upon waiting for the manager around 12:55 as slow as can be whose name is apparently “Tiffany” we assumed the store was now open as she walked in she continued to say the store wasn’t open yet and to wait another 15 minutes after my order was already set to be picked up.
I don’t know the professionalism of your manager and she came in late and bossed all the workers around to not open the door. I shouldn’t have to wait an extra 45 minutes to receive my pizzas when I pre-ordered them an hour before arrival.
Knocking for 30 minutes for a worker to even talk to me shouldn’t have happened. Not only do I want my money back but this is a complaint against your manager as she seems to be the person why the store opened late and why I didn’t get my ALREADY ORDERED AND PAYED FOR PIZZA THAT WAS SET FOR A PICKUP TIME.
There was also no “store closed” sign so if the store was “closed” my order and money should have not been taken. Thank you

There were so many things wrong with this place. I came in 10 minutes after the ready for pick up email and only part of the order was given. They only started working on the rest after I asked. The person that put my crazy bread in the oven came back from his break didn’t use gloves nor wash his hands. We got home and found the crazy bread wasn’t even cooked.
