17 minutes. For three customers in drive through. Lobby was closed. 17 minutes. Sure sounds like “fast” food. I usually don’t review places where I live but this wendys is just so abysmally bad with their wait times.

This Wendy’s used to be pretty rough and the management used to suck badly. Slow drive thru times, cold food, wrong orders and a rude staff. I’m not sure if they got a new general manager or what but they’ve REALLY stepped up their game. I used to avoid this Wendy’s like the plague but my partner told me to give it another chance and I did. Ever since Washington Wendy’s has provided me with friendly service and hot food and I’m forever thankful that they cleaned up their act as Wendy’s is my favorite burger chain!

To start off I am a huge Wendy’s fan, and this was the nastiest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to, it started with the scanner not working so no big deal there, then I went to get a drink and there were 13 drinks that were out of service, and no sweet or unsweetened tea, sat down to eat and my nuggets were cold, but i will say the burger was good, there was also watter dripping from the ceiling. I tried to get ketchup but ofc bith pumps were out of ketchup so no ketchup. And I watched them make the saucy nuggets and the lady licked her finger and wiped it on her shirt. Overall this location is terrible and darn shame to the Wendy’s name. Will not be visiting here again

Went as a family to get supper, tried to order a chicken sandwich with a baked potato was informed they were out of all chicken except nuggets and they were out of potatos well. My husband tried to order a chili the cashier giggled and said we don’t have any chili either. When we went to get our drinks the machine was out of all four lemonade flavours, Dr pepper, dt Dr pepper, root beer, coke, coke zero, and dt coke. At the end our meal my husband wanted a chocolate frosty, they were out of those as well.
Not to mention the grease the fries were fried in was so old it was staining the fri cups brown. They either need a new haul of management or to shut down completely.

Poor service, poor product. Fries cold, limp and greasy. When I took them to the counter, the lady said they were fresh… Replaced with more of the same. 🙁 Only one standout employee. “Briar” was on his nametag. Lack luster crew and a lack of pride in cleanliness.
