Ordered at 11:15pm, our wings were not tossed, sauced was thrown on top like if they were in a hurry. All the wings looked disgusting. I know-its late, but yall dont close till midnight. This is no way to serve ur customers.
Called wingstop to ask why my wings were not tossed, she said they close at midnight so by 11pm all their bowls are washed, so they just throw the sauce on top of the wings and they dont get tossed. Manager refused to give me her name, but said “what you want then??? You want me to credit ur 40 wings???” Ummm yesss, u dont serve customers crap like this, sooo disappointed, if ur to stay open till midnight then u continue serving your customers the correct way till u close

First time coming here on a Sunday and there literally was no one else inside. We made a simple order and it took what seemed to be forever to get our food. Thanks for the experience but I WILL NOT BE BACK! Someone needs to help with planning or training.

First of all, let me address the ridiculous wave of negativity flooding new places every-time. It’s honestly embarrassing how quick some people in this town are to tear down a brand new spot—the same people who constantly complain that we “never get anything good around here.” The second we get a solid place like Wingstop, these clowns can’t wait to race home, open Google, and write a 1-star essay because they waited a few minutes or didn’t get their extra ranch fast enough. Grow up.
Now for reality: Wingstop was excellent. I waited a cool 15 minutes—reasonable, especially for fresh food done exactly how I asked. The wings were hot, crispy, and packed with flavor. My order was spot on, and the staff was handling the crowd like pros. Everything was clean, the service was friendly, and the vibe was exactly what you want when you’re craving wings done right.
If you’re thinking twice because of the negative reviews, don’t. Some people just live to complain. Wingstop is a win for this town, and I’ll absolutely be back.

This Wing Stop is one of the cleanest I’ve been to. The customer service is great, Anthony was very helpful with meal recommendations. I was undecided about what to get since I had a fussy 10 yr old who was very hangry. The service was very good, and it was a good experience since I had to drive back to Nashville. Wish all other wing stops can have good customer service like the one i received here. Thank you Anthony for being so patient with my family and I.

this place was amazing when it first opened which wasn’t that long ago, but my goodness the service is TERRIBLE now. employees are not paying attention to pick up orders, asking people to pay twice (could be a system glitch not sure), handing out incorrect orders, and when you go back they say they fixed it and it’s STILL incorrect. the food is still good but it’s better when it’s what you actually ordered and paid for. i was super excited to have this option in shelbyville and it feels like another waste already.

I was excited about a closer location than Nashville. The staff was nice..but the food only deserve 1⭐because it tasted like a knock off. Nothing tasted like the Wingstop’s in other locations. The atomic wings tasted mild + barely had sauce and fries had no seasoning and cold and sodas didn’t have much fizz..I don’t know if the franchise only let bigger cites use more sauce and hot spice and fries seasoning and good carbonated drinks but it definitely didn’t taste like the Wingstops I’m use to..Hopefully the corporate will realize this and understand why they only have a 3 rating at this location..I hope I can update with a better experience when I can feel the burn on my lips with the Atomic sauce and the fry season match up and not cold with other locations

I have been disappointed before, but this place was on a whole new level. Im not sure how you can screw up a French fry, but they found a way to make them both disgusting and soggy at the same time. And the chicken is so overrated. I could make better chicken with my blind grandmother of my assistant. Seriously! I was, literally, shocked at how bad this place was. 1 star is what I’ll give here. But it would be negative stars if I could. I will NEVER eat here again. Ever.

The estimated wait time is NEVER close. Took an hour to get my order after sitting there waiting for it, then the guy says who are you waiting for (again) and I told him my name and then pulls my order off the shelf that has been sitting there for 20 mins. The restaurant sounded like a late night club with inappropriate music playing and the kitchen staff was so loud talking about who they banged the night before. Next time it will be Sonic wings for me.
