We pulled up to the drive thru and the screen wasn’t working fully and glitching. The worker at the drive thru asked what we wanted and we asked for a minute to decide. Immediately tells us to just order box. We tell her that’s not what we wanted and proceed to order which took us max 45 seconds to decide. We pull up to the window and she’s bitching at max volume “when you pull up to the drive thru you should know what you want”. Well maybe fix your menu so customers are able to read. I ordered 3 tenders and this is what we were given. 2 small tenders and a cluster of breading. EXTREMELY unprofessional and completely rude.

We went here on Thursday May 1st at 7 P.M. the rude cashier working the window yelled at us when we pulled up to the window for politely asking for one second while we figured out what we wanted. She said that “ you’re are at a drive through asking for one second you should know what we want”. Keep in mind the menu was glitching and we could barley see what was on the menu when we pulled up. Then this is the food we receive. One piece had meat in it the rest was nothing but breading. Of course they didn’t give a receipt so we can’t take the food back. What a joke.

Popeyes in Valley Alabama been false advertising for months now.. The display on the outside that sits by the road claims they have 3pcs for $5.. That’s a straight out lie.. I’ve been there over 8 times in the last 4 months and they NEVER have that 3pcs for $5.. I hope a manager comments so I can speak to them. They should be ashamed of themselves. Terrible service on top of disgusting food. I ordered 12 wings and got 10 cold wings and I order the new cheese bites. Supposed to be 10 but got 6 about the size of an eraser on a pencil. Old and non edible. This is just sad. No dipping sauce for either.

I ordered 2 $5 boxes of dark meat chicken ( one box was supposed to have a spicy thigh and 2 regular pieces) for a good price. When I got home to Pine Mountain and opened my box, I realized the chicken was cooked hours ago, not one piece was spicy, the skin on it was like rubber, and there were no seasonings on it. This was my 1st time ordering from this location.. and my last.

Pitiful experience with the wraps. It’s supposed to be a chicken tender, at least the False Advertisement on tv shows the chicken hanging out.
I basically spent $10 on two wraps, one may have had a boneless wing in it, the other only some crust.
I ordered one classic and one spicy because the spicy is usually too hot. It took two bites to even find anything with chicken flavor with only one bite with any kind of sauce, Ranch or Spicy…
I live close by, but you’ve robbed me for the last time and I’ll tell everyone I know.
And why do i have to beg for napkins?
But in hindsight there was Nothing to wipe off my face or hands.
It’s very hard for me to use civil language, harder than finding chicken in your… stuff, i won’t call it food.

Bought a 8 piece and did not get not one leg – three small wings and the three thighs and two breast all were small pieces- the thighs were smaller than the wings! But the price wasn’t small 18 bucks – pitiful!

The woman running the cash register at 2:30 on Sunday, April 13, 2025, was EXTREMELY rude. She rolled her eyes, never smiled, acted annoyed and like we were bothering her by coming in to order food. My son asked what sizes were available and she rudely pointed to the menu behind her and rolled her eyes. She huffed and sighed too. I can assure you that we were not rude to her, we were pleasant the entire time and thanked her for serving us. I just don’t understand why someone working at a register, serving customers, would act so mean and hostile. It was just sad. This woman had one of the worst attitude problems I’ve ever encountered in my life! Shame on you, Popeyes , for employing someone like that. Do better.
