I was very disappointed with my experience at Starbucks today. I online ordered my drink at 4:10 and I didn’t get my drink until 4:35. I watched the employee making refreshers put my ticket on my cup and walk away. She didn’t start making my order until around 25 minutes after setting my cup down. I watched her make many other customers drinks before getting to mine, even people who had ordered after me. I also asked for extra cold foam in my drink and I did not get that either. Besides the wait, my drink did taste good.

Honestly, I’ve been an akmost daily regular cudtomer here for about a year and Im just done with the way Ive been treated. I truly fear coming in on Friday or Saturday mornings when this specific girl is there handing out drinks. Shes argued with me about my own drink and even threw it in the sink one time when I tried to tell them it was being made wrong but no one would listen to me. Then today, they trued to up-charge me $2 to sub the type of protein cold foam I wanted in my protein cold foam latte. The manager herself agreed it was wrong but that she was not going to change it to correctly charge me, so I left. Im done with their below minimum customer service. I spend hundreds of dollars here for coffee that I could just make at home, I guess now I will. Atleast I’ll get what I want without paying $9 just to change an ingredient. It was not like I was adding a new ingredient, but just changing one thats already in my drink, and that should cost me another $2 on top of my already $7 drink. Insanity. I will not be back to this location.

I consistently order my drinks to be in a personal cup. Very rarely does it actually happen. I order online and show up with my own cup and it’s already in a plastic cup. It completely defeats the purpose of saving plastic. The drinks are fine. But consistently getting plastic cups isn’t what I’m asking for.

Amy at the Crestview location is always a bright light. I come to this Starbucks over the competition near my apartment because of Amy. Amazing worker & if there are multiple Amy’s – The Amy I am shouting out wears think head bands.

10 am and the floors are dirty , maybe you don’t want people to stay in after all. Also if you want people to sit and enjoy their coffee you need more space for people to sit.

I guess this is the worst Starbucks around my neighborhood. They’re always in a big hurry and/or the “baristas” don’t know how to make coffee at all, and they’re just improvising every drink. I’ve tried to order different drinks and the result is always the same! (Iced mocha, hot mocha, caramel macchiato, salted caramel mocha strato). Whatever I order , it’s always BAD coffee, almost not even drinkable. It’s terrible. Don’t waste your money in Starbucks, let alone this location in particular. It’s the absolute worst.

I’m a trucker unloading a couple stores down . After reading negative reviews while watching what looks like ants in and out. So many people. Instead of complaining about one honest mistake you should also mention how many times the order was right. Perfection at a pace that I’m witnessing, not humanly possible. We should be grateful even for the imperfections. Kudos to the staff there
