This Little Caesars pizzeria is by far one of the worst places I’ve ever been to. The store was extremely dirty, and the overall conditions looked very unhealthy and unsanitary. From the floors to the counters, it felt like cleanliness and basic health standards were completely ignored. It was very off-putting and made me uncomfortable even being inside, let alone ordering food. I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone until serious improvements are made in cleanliness and sanitation.

The staff in Goldsboro were SO friendly, attentive and helpful when I went on a Friday night. They were great! The only thing is… they didn’t have gloves on while making the pizzas which was a little disturbing. I guess you gotta take the good with the bad

Ordered online more than 45 minutes before my pickup time. Showed up to the restaurant at pickup, and no food ready. More than 30 minutes passed – still no food. I’m in disbelief at how bad the service is here. If it’s a crowded/busy night, you shouldn’t say you can have an order ready in 45 minutes if you can’t meet that order pickup time window.

10/10 do not recommend. Keep in mind these are the “fresh pizzas” the pizzas I bought before were worse and not fresh. Customer service was irritated because I asked for fresh pizzas. Gave me these and when I said they look the same he just turns around. Will not be returning, trash pizza and customer service.

The pizza has come up since back in the days. The people working there could be a little more hospitable. Come to work and leave the hood attitude at home. The food redeemed this from being a three star review. Do better.

Extremely disappointed!!! This use to be my go to as we have a very busy schedule with 2 kids into about every sport. Went today “11/29/18” and the gentleman was not friendly. As I waited for my Pizza and Breadsticks the lady who appeared to be the manager was dumping pepperoni from 1 container to another and it had cheese in it. I’ve worked fast food and we call that “ cross contamination” Then when I got home I noticed my food wasn’t completely cooked and I had to re-cook it. We will not return which sucks because y’all were great at one time.

Wife picked up two classics. Absolutely the worst two pizzas we have ever purchased. The pizza’s looked like Sundays leftovers. The cheese and sauce was a blended orange and about 1mm thick. Total Waste of money.

This was the most unprofessional experience we have ever had at Little Caesars. While I understand refusing free items but refusing a paying customer the ability to purchase an extra side and citing “policy” is unreasonable and unacceptable. The cashier’s conduct and refusal to provide her name, the manager’s name, or contact information—combined with the absence of any manager on duty—was unacceptable. We will not be returning to this location.Ive alread emailed corporate. Lets see if anything happens. Probably not.
