My wife is low maintenance and quite easy to please. I offered a bunch of different restaurants for dinner and when I jokingly said, “Waffle House” she said “Yes. Let’s go there!” Just after 5pm and our meal was excellent.
She had the “All Star” which meant I got the ham and she let me have a bite of waffle. Eggs cooked perfectly and the grits were delicious. A very nice meal.
I’ve never had a burger at Waffle House as it’s usually breakfast food for me. So I had that and it was nice. Maybe the burger was cooked closer to well done than anything like medium but with plenty of bacon plus lettuce and tomato, it was great. Hash browns topped with a healthy portion of Bert’s Chili and yeah, I’m going to have some heartburn tonight. Worth it!

My party of 4 had to wait 30 minutes for a table because most of the booths were being used by single occupants that chose not to sit at the bar. Management needs to do what every other Waffle House does and require them to sit at the bar where they belong. The crew working in there were all loud and rowdy, and our server was on her phone, even when tending to our table. The food was good, but that’s about the best thing I can say about this location.

I live in Marion SC and my grandkids drive all the way to Florence SC just to visit this Waffle House.They are our Family always kind and know our orders. The GM is awesome and so kind , always working along side his crew. Every employee in there needs a raise immediately. Thanks for always being so kind and the place always clean.

Hello, very inattentive staff, I ordered steak, eggs with bread, coffee on the side and waffles. They forgot to bring coffee waffles and bread. I reminded him about the bread, but I didn’t remind him about the waffles and coffee anymore, because I decided that I would go to another such cafe. I don’t want to find fault with the steak, not everyone knows how to roast it, but after I was asked twice what degree of roasting to choose for me, he overcooked the steak. My question is, why ask what degree of roasting you need to do.

Pulled off the highway for a quick bite. Ended up spending some extra time enjoying the company of the staff. They were very helpful, friendly, and just a pleasure to be around. 3/5/24 around 7:00pm I’d be happy to eat here with them again anytime!!
