Loved Pho Bemidji! Great portions. The Pho Tai, Pho Chin, Pho Ga, fresh shrimp spring rolls, Thai Tea and Thai cold coffee were all delicious. The service was vet friendly and fast.

Currently it my table had the mini red bean roll, the spicy szechuan dumplings and the spicy szechuan soup. And I’m in heaven. The current temperature feels like -23 and these items are perrrrfect. I love the spice level. Never everrrrr dial down the spice level.
I’ve also had pho, spring rolls and the Vietnamese coffee. Alllllll amazing. The staff are always friendly and this place is filled with comfort and love. It is a must stop!

I finally got around to trying this place out and I wasn’t disappointed. My date and I started with the fresh spring rolls (shrimp) and they were amazing—so fresh. Didn’t even get a picture lol. I got the pho chín. The cilantro and green onion were great in the broth and they brought a small plate with extras for the bowl. My date got the rice bowl with grilled pork and everything was well-prepared with great flavor (we tried each other’s meals).
The seating arrangement was comfortable. Placing the order was straightforward and low-stress; you just grab a menu at the door, find a table, place your order, and they give you a number. We waited maybe 10-15 minutes for everything. Mellow music. This is a great place for conversation and a refreshing meal. No leftovers this time haha but we’ll be back!

Pho-king delicious! I’m always on the lookout for new lunch spots as I travel Minnesota and Pho Bemidji certainly gets 2 enthusiastic thumbs up. Fresh, authentic ingredients, great flavors, and good variety of dishes. Today, I tried the “Pho Real”, but I see a return for a pork bahn mi in the near future!

Was disappointed with the pho, broth tasted like hot water mixed with powder pouch. It would be generous to say I got 1/4 of a chicken breast worth of meat in my pho. Spring rolls were decent but 90% filling was lettuce. Good service and atmosphere though.
