I love to stop by when I have a chance and get a half price drink during Happy hour from 2pm-5 pm… Strawberry limeade or a cherry vanilla Dr pepper… And the pretzels are so soft

This was the third time in 3 weeks that we have attempted to eat there. The first time was fine we had good food second time we came and went because our call Button went off twice and no one even acknowledged us. Tonight we went again or call button when off once we call the second time she did apologize for keeping us waiting so long but we still waited another 15 minutes for our ice cream treats to arrive. Not impressed Sonic not impressed!

Well the speaker was so low I did not even think someone was speaking. Second the whole area was trashy. Third the guest service was very low. However, we only got sonic blasts and I ask for extra cherry’s and cookie dough. Now I got all of that. So thank you to the employee which I had my interaction with. I also gave him a couple 10$ cards for build a bear- I usually give something because I appreciate the service and know not one person gets paid to deal with unrealistic expectations from customers. All in all they did the best with what they are given. I would not eat here though. Plus is funny to see sleep pants as work attire hahaha

Waited in line for 20 mins didn’t have ice cream and didn’t even get what we ordered so spent more than what I got. Not even the right sandwich smh very disappointed and wasn’t suppose to have tomato on it thank god we looked my son is allergic to tomatoes so I got a a sandwich that had no tomato on it so I did not have to worry about them forgetting to not put a tomato on and they still ended up putting a tomato on a sandwich that was not supposed to have a tomato supposed to be a triple I got a single like nobody was in there and then all of a sudden everybody appeared and way behind with a line behind us very very disappointing Don’t think I’ll ever go back to this one I think they’ve gotten enough money on me we got 3 number 2s . Lucky my son looked before he ate. Maybe you need to think about taking breaks at separate times not altogether. I’m sure we are not the only ones disappointed with our meal

Was really disappointed when I got my pretzel it was over cooked and they forgot the cheese sauce once agin. I ordered ahead in app and it took longer then I feel it should for me get my order. They lady practical Thur it in my lap and was just rude if I knew how to remove my tip I would have.

I ordered a turtle truffle nut blast and they literally sprinkled about 5 little truffles on top and nothing else and when I and when I said something about it she said it was something in there and walked off

Ordered a large cherry limeade and mozzarella stick. Didn’t receive mozzarella stick or large drink so I ordered aging and they gave me the sticks but they gave me a small drink that was fruit punch. WTH.
