Today, I visited your location and ordered two meals through the drive-thru. The total was $41. The parking lot was nearly empty, and the drive-thru wasn’t busy at all, so I assumed service and quality would be on point.
However, when I got home and opened the bag, I was immediately disappointed and honestly disgusted. The sandwich boxes were visibly dirty—covered in greasy smudges and fingerprints. This is unacceptable. When packaging looks like that, it makes me question the cleanliness and safety of the food inside.
After spending over $40, I expect a much higher standard—clean presentation, attention to detail, and a sense of pride in the food being served. I live about 20 minutes away, and by the time I noticed how bad the boxes looked, I was already home and getting comfortable. I shouldn’t have to drive all the way back just to have this corrected.
I’m asking for a manager to reach out and make this right. At minimum, my meals should be replaced. This experience really ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing meal, and I’m extremely disappointed.
Please respond with a resolution—I would like to continue supporting this location, but only if cleanliness and customer care are taken seriously.
