$20.00 for a foot long turkey and a kids ham sandwhich. And 1 cookie.. I didn’t pay attention to the amount of veggies she put on and when I got home I had barely any lettuce. I remember I would get a good helping of lettuce. I haven’t ate there in over a year.. bread is not as fluffy as it used to be.. just very depressing.

I would not recommend getting g s sub here if you want anything specific I was just told I was too much for wanting specific cheeses on the four subs I was getting and she told me to go to McDonald’s … and I wasn’t being rude just explaining what I wanted … I own a food business and would be very upset if my employees treated customers this way because they want their food a specific way!! Wow this girl needs to find another profession… customer service isn’t for her !! And now subway isn’t getting g my business again !!

The last 2 times we went there were terrible experiences. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this calls for it. First, the 2 people working had BLARING rap music. When we walked in, they seemed to be bothered that they had a customer. On top of that, it smelled like they were smoking inside, or at least outside with the door open because it reeked like cigarettes. Where the ice machine connects to the soda fountain is FULL of mold, so drinking a drink out of there is out of the question. The ingredients table was filthy, with a ton of cross contaminated veggies. When trying to order, the people working were too busy messing around to even pay attention. When we were done paying, they went right back to messing around instead of saying thank you or have a good day. The second time was not from this location, but it seems to carry from store to store.
I hope they clean up a bit and maybe get some people in there that care because this is one of very few “fast food” places in Park Falls, but it doesn’t seem like it will.

Ordered food online ( meatball sub and nachos chi ken ) , got to store to be told they were out of everything except a couple cold cut sandwiches. I find that highly unlikely. Food was supposed to be ready by 9:45pm , wasn’t even started to make the 1st sandwich at that time. Won’t go back. Bad service. Slow and no available Meats! Wow

We weren’t greeted when we walked in nor were the couple that came in a few minutes after us and the gentleman after them. Never heard a we’ll be with you in a minute either. They were making sandwiches that must have been ordered online. My wife ordered #45 and they were out of torts for it. The guy with glasses asked what she wanted on it and he instantly forgot everything she said. I ordered my sandwich and there was no spinach. The guy that made our sandwiches was nice and helpful but we really didn’t care for the guy with glasses. Really didn’t care to listen to rap music standing there waiting and ordering.

This is my hometown subway, and I have nothing but good to say about it. The restaurant is well kept and it’s clear the people running the place genuinely care about their customers. I think a peak example of this is one of their, in my opinion, STAR employees, Ashlyn. She always has a smile on her face and is so welcoming and kind! She’s also great at her job and makes the sandwich you want just the way you want it, every single time. Genuinely, look no further if you want a good sandwich. Love this place.

11:01am. Ok so an employee “McKayla” walks into work late. Then she goes to the time clock and is talking to herself. She is laughing while changing the time clocks time so it shows her on time even though she’s late. One minute later she takes a personal phone call on the company landline literally only a minute after clocking in. She runs her hands through her hair putting up her hair and then literally puts gloves on not even washing her hands. Two minutes later she takes another personal call.
Ten minutes later she grabs company soda from the machine.
Seriously park falls Subway pull it together. Instead of hiding in the back room and leaving the place feeling empty maybe shovel the side walk out front as we watched a 80 year old couple trudge through it.

I asked for two footlongs.
When I asked if both could have avocado spread, the manager, a lady in her 50s, said “Oh come on!!!” in an irritated tone. And she was also upset I asked for a receipt.
I was friendly the whole time, so I was especially caught off guard. Very unprofessional. Find a different Subway to go to.

So. Subway had gotten pretty costly and it’s been a few months since I was there. I will probably never go back. Two people working. The woman was so drunk she couldn’t walk or talk and didn’t want to help the guy she was working with. I watched her stumble with a very heavy lower lip above the sandwich she was still trying to make for the customer that walked out. O. M. G. Did she drool?

This Subway store has been on the downhill slope for quite awhile, and I hadn’t been in for some time so figured I’d take a chance as it is allegedly under new management. At first glance, the place was a mess. Dirty tables despite no other customers in the restaurant. The sandwich boards were also dirty, with bits of black olives and mayo dribbled everywhere, as well as a reddish-orange film on the cutting boards. This is the surface they are using to make my sandwich — I figured the sandwich would be on the paper wrapper, so I decided to continue as I was really hungry and there aren’t many fast food choices in Park Falls! The employee who made my sandwich had gloves on but kept rubbing his nose and sniffling – first red flag. Then he dropped my sandwich meat on the dirty countertop and proceeded to pick it back up and put it on the bread. That was it for me – I told him, never mind, thanks anyway and left. Will NOT be going back to this store! I am considering making a complaint to the state health department about the lack of cleanliness in both the store and the employees. For the higher prices they’ve been charging for the same old sandwiches, I at LEAST expect my food to be handled properly in a clean and sanitary environment!
