We’ve ordered a many times here (we have to due to range and zip code) and the food is under cooked. The dough isn’t cooked through. Plus the number one issue they have is they go over the time they say it’ll be ready. No not five minutes but over by 30 minutes or 45 minutes it’s ridiculous. Staff here doesn’t care. It reflects on the store owners who gets their money anyways. Staff does not check the orders so their pizza gets handed to other people. This place is ridiculous.

I understand that ordering a pizza for delivery is a different experience than in person, but the food here isn’t worth the $40 price.
Most of the time the pizzas taste and look reheated, there was even a time when a pizza looked like that from *Chuck E Cheese*!
While the app and coupons are a great deal, it is disappointing that this is the closest location which won’t take over an hour.
If you have a spare $20, DO NOT SPEND IT HERE! Even as a stoner, this food makes me sad.

It is standard pizza hut pizza which is good for what it . The only problem with this place is the way some of the staff acts on nights where they say they were busy. They close there lobby at 10 but we have shown up at 930 and they have the doors locked when you finally get them to come to the door they say they had a busy night and closed the lobby early and unless you can order online they will not take care of you? I worked in bars and restaurants i have never seen any of them close before the scheduled time due to it being a busy night that is usually a good thing unless you are way way understaffed. But it was weird because they shut down there lobby because they knew corporate would not know but had to keep there online orders open because then they would have been found out. Anyways we ordered online and they were really kind of rude to us because they had already told us they were closed and forgot to mention we could order online we just tried to see if it worked and it did

So I live LITERALLY 4 blocks away from this pizza hut…. i ordered 2 pizzas and 4 drinks…. My order was supposed to be delivered at 9:46pm from wat the app told me, with SPECIFIC delivery instructions to knock firmly on the garage door once the driver arrives at my house…. well that didnt happen… instead I just got a notification at 10:20pm saying “I left ur pizza at the front door”… (is social interaction really that terrifying that people cant even do their jobs correctly anymore? People get more and more disappointing everyday)… and once I brought it inside and opened the boxes, I could instantly tell my order had definitely been sitting outside for at least 20 minutes…. crust was tough, cheese was hard, and it was barely lukewarm… plus I asked for it to be party cut and that wasnt done either.

The young short small Mexican girl is rude paying customers! Her and another female refused to serve my company for about 12 hours. I’ve been a paying customer at this store for yrs. They wrote horrible untrue notes under my profile -which the GM fixed. They laughed as they denied my order. I have watched her give boxes of pizza to homeless on many nights. Leaving boxes on the back dumpster for several of them. Paying customers get less respect from her. She Refused to allow me to pay because I asked for a pay difference. The worst day ever with this Pizza hut. However, two days later-Sabrina was very attentive. The GM is just simply amazing. She made sure my security team was taken care of. These two together make an awesome team. The younger male manager Larell-is one of the most understanding people there. Appreciate all three for making sure my team ate on many overnight shifts.

Ordered the special from the app. Lg 5 topping, lg 1 topping with extra pepperoni, Diet Pepsi 2L, cheese bread. THE grossest pizza I ever had. Hard as a rock. If u shook the pizza, it didn’t move. It came with 1 topping per slice. Just a few had 2 toppings. Even messed up the 2L. DO NOT ORDER from Pizza Hut on Colfax in Aurora, CO. MY co workers even encouraged me to take a pic and post a review!

Avoid this store!!!! I would give a zero if possible. Never received food. Was told it was “stolen”, but then got a text 2 hours later saying it was “almost ready”. Receiving the run around about a refund. Had to go to another location to get food. Employees are rude and disrespectful, and refused to provide thier name, and mocked me.

I ordered a pizza and cheesy bread last weekend for carry out. I had my friend pick it up on their way over. ( DISCLAIMER: The beginning of the issue I will admit Is not completely the restaurants fault. My friend should have checked before leaving). When my friend arrived to my house with the pizza and cheese sticks, I saw that we had not received cheese sticks but bread sticks. I immediately called the restaurant to let them know they had given me the wrong type of bread. Instead of telling I could go back and exchange it, the rude girl that answered told me her manager had said he is the one that made the cheese bread and was positive it was correct so there was nothing they could do for me. I argued with the girl a bit but not once did I yell at her or insult her but when I asked for her name so I could know who is telling me they can’t help me, she hung up on me! I called back even more upset and supposedly the manager answered and he also did not want to give me the girls name however, he gave me his as Dillion. He did try to correct the situation however the replacement I received was poorly made and not only that but I didn’t even want it anymore for fear they would have messed with my food after complaining. I called corporate who was supposed to get back to me this week but I have yet to hear back from them. I preferred Pizza Hut over all the other pizza places even doing carry out since they didn’t deliver for a while but since this particular location is the closest to me, I will have to change chains because I will not go back to that place. Specially not with that girl that has no phone or customer service skills being in the front lines. I saw some other people review bad experiences with a girl as well. Perhaps it’s the same one and they should look into it before they keep losing customers for someone that isn’t worth it. These are the breadsticks they argued were cheesy breads.

I went to this Pizza Hut in the middle of the night, when the store was about to close. The guys who worked there were very warm and kind people, and prepared the meal for me fast. This meat lover pizza was delicious, with rich-flavored and plentiful meat on it. Even the crust was soft and enjoyable. The six traditional wings were very tasty as well. I ate these for four meals in a row and didn’t get bored. I wanted to say a big thank-you to the guys, not just for the delicious food, but for the kindness and warmth they treated their customers with.

Terrible customer service and business practices. They forgot part of my delivery order and when I called the store they said they couldn’t send them out delivery because it didn’t meet minimum delivery amount. Was told if I wanted it to come get it.
