I come for the pizza, I stay for the service. Logan is fantastic, always helpful & always working hard. I come in sporadically but Logan always knows his customers and I really appreciate that. This place used to pack on the toppings for the extravaganza Pizza. The last like three or four times I’ve ordered it now there’s hardly any toppings on it at all. This time they didn’t put a single piece of pepperoni or black olives on it. I’ll try this place one more time and if it’s the same I’ll never order from here again. I’ve gotten hundreds of these pizzas from here that were all great… until recently. What happened?! The philly cheese pizza wasn’t much better either. Literally one piece of steak per slice lol really guys?

I appreciate the Domino’s send some sort of offer that I will never claim, but the delivery here was not the problem. Yes, it arrived cold. I think the driver was given too many deliveries for one trip. The problem is that one of the pizzas we ordered was a New York style crust. I don’t know what the crust was that came. It had different flavors around the side of it. I’m not sure what that is but it’s not New York style crust. We just threw that one out. I don’t want a claim offer for another pizza when a pizza is bad. I would much prefer to have gotten the money back for the pizza that was not ordered. Also, when somebody orders extra sauce and light cheese, that means that you don’t just put on light cheese. You also add extra sauce.

I order from here regularly, if I have it delivered or I go in and pick it up in person they always have the pizza ready fast and same with delivery even if the driver has multiple stops along the way shows up before the expected arrival time. Now of course nobody’s perfect so on the rare occasion that something is wrong or has been forgotten, a quick phone call and they always make it right. Thank you to all the staff here for going above and beyond for the customers!

Wow on June 1st order Philly Cheese Sub & Philly tator tots with delivery which i live 3 mins from restaurant on 9th st. The tots where cold and where all stuck together. The Sub had 2 thin of (beef)
no toppings to make a Philly. I asked for refund they told me that can refund to a gift card. I spoke to the GM Ben said come by any time pick up your 24.17 refund. I stop by to pick up on Thursday 6/22/23 The Manager was clueless no money in drawer like Ben said.
Call today spoke with Ben again he ask for my address said he was going to deliver to my house. Now 4:15pm Ben left for the day. Manager can’t give out his name. I ask why was that Domino policy. This location you need to run from it. From the Food to upper Management just so cheap, no quality or service.

Ordered online! Literally 3 blocks from Domino’s! It’s been an hour! Called and asked why it’s taking so long! Was given a 20 minute delivery time after it left ( mind you, I am 3 blocks away) and whoever answered the phone, hung up on me when she asked what I wanted, I replied ” just want my shit delivered!” Lol! Sour!

Never thought I’d leave a review for a Domino’s pizza — hah! This thin crust was the best I’ve ever received from any Domino’s location. Used to live in Baltimore. I usually go extra sauce so I do understand it can end up a little soggy sometimes. This wasn’t the slightest bit soggy. Just the right amount of sauce and baked with care and attention. Every bite crispy and saucy. Gentleman who greeted me at pickup was great.

The ordering is easyand the driver was polite and very courteous. Once I took my pizza inside and opened the box, I noticed one slice of pizza that looked like it had little to no sauce or toppings. I’ve ordered here several times. This time was slightly disappointing. Especially since as you look at the tracker ad it is being processed and said that ???? was doing a quality check. If I was ???? It wouldn’t have left the store. Pictures below.
