Asked for only lettuce cheese and mayo only and onions were added which even if taken off onions still linger smh. Said made to order by the drive through but instead got a little patty that didn’t fit the bun lettuce bigger thank the burger and bun. You could tell it was a warmed up patty it was dry and hard around the edges. Totally disappointing in this location

I didn’t catch the young man’s name. Came in about 9 pm on 10/19. Dude was running basically the entire store by himself. Was taking drive thru orders while taking my order. Very polite. He doesn’t get paid enough. None of the people here do, I assume.

Never got our food , we ordered through mobile app .. went to pick up and nobody’s answered us at the drive thru , someone was back there ..went called and no answer .. we have to dispute the charges now $60 ..no signs saying it was closed .. Finally spoke to a young lady who told me they were closed online shows they close at midnight and she told me she did not see anything of my order below. I posted pictures that there were two orders pending on their screen.!

It was our first time here with my 3 little ones, they loved it! Customer service was good, the food was good, and them having a playground here was a BONUS!! Who would ever thought there’s a playground ground here! The only down fall is that it was hot in the playground area.

Waited 45 mins to order and get my food. The guy asked me to repeat my order 5 times. Sat at the drive thru window for almost 20 mins before they handed me my food. If I had not already paid, I would have left. There was onlly 2 people in front of me when I got there. Sadly I just found out only 2 people showed up to work today. Got hone and my entire order was wrong. 4 famous stars instead of 4 wwestern bacon cheeseburgers. Super sad.
