I am always game to try new ice cream spots. Cloud is a soft serve and waffle joint and those are two amazing foods I love! The spot is pretty darn good in Edmond. A lot of cars pass by. Their patio is large and yellow. I was a little let down though. The ice cream was good, but didn’t really wow me with flavor. The waffles were made well and tasty, but they were pretty small. The inside is cramped and you are better off sitting on the giant patio. The service was great and everyone was nice. They were busy the whole time we were there! Enjoy!

Atmosphere was great. Service was great. Reasonably priced. I’m fluffy so I would’ve enjoyed a second waffle, but I get it! They don’t skimp on the soft serve at all. Took the ube soft serve and dark chocolate & sea salt waffle. 6 year old rated 10/10. 8 year old rated 1000/10. Would recommend. Taking kids next time to sit in the covered patio area with the nice mist. I could’ve napped there!

Think SomiSomi but with mochi waffles instead of the taiyaki! We ordered a variety of flavors to try! My daughter compared their ube to Magnolia! She pairs that with a whipped honey whipped waffle My son loved their cinnamon toast with their cookies & cream waffle! My husband got the vanilla/black sesame twice with a honey waffle and I got the matcha/ube twist with a matcha waffle! Just know that the toppings are only dusted on top not incorporated into the ice cream or that waffles! Service was quick and it was quite busy!

The soft serve flavors were very unique! I had the ube and matcha twist with a whipped honey waffle. Absolutely delicious! The staff were very kind and the ambiance of the restaurant is cute and cheery! They even have bunny stools to sit on!

Very neat idea to have soft serve and waffles on the side. Their flavors are unique and my favorite is the Strawberry/Vanilla twist with the dark chocolate waffle. The combo is perfect! The Goji/Blueberry twist with the dark chocolate waffle is great too!

Service was a 4 but it’s a new place and they just need to work out a better flow for things. The folks working there doing the best they could given the situation in my opinion.
The place is cute but pretty small. They do have an outside with misters but the misters may be turned on a bit high. You’d probably get pretty soaked if you stayed there too long.
The soft serve was absolutely delicious! I was most excited about the ube but the matcha is excellent as well. It actually tastes like a decent matcha. The black sesame was decent but it has a little more of the regular sesame flavor than I usually like. The vanilla, chocolate and cinnamon toast were very tasty as well!
I didn’t taste all the different mochi waffles but I had the whipped honey. The waffle was soft and had just the right amount of chew for a mochi waffle. Can’t wait to try the other flavors!

My three kids and I (ages 18 to 12) wanted to love this place, especially after reading all the positive reviews. Flavors of the soft serve were excellent, but the service was brutal. I hate leaving critical reviews, in fact I think this may be my first…
We waited 20 minutes for our ice cream, 3 different soft serves, and another 5 for the waffles; we ordered 2. (There was only one couple ahead of us.) Prices seemed fair, until you realize the large void in the middle of every serving (pic attached)
Disappointing… even the kids don’t care to return. Again, everything tasted great, but it’s not worth the wait. Maybe this is just a result of the growing pains of a newer business and things will improve, but giving you a heads up before you go.

I’m a sucker for Ube flavored anything. So when I found Ube AND matcha flavored soft serve, I knew I had to give it a try. Ladies and gentleman, this place did NOT disappoint. The Ube-Matcha swirl soft serve was so spot on and so good. I’ll be waiting for the day they start selling pint or gallon tubs.
Now the real show stopper were definitely the waffles. Made to order, hot, and delicious! I got the cookies and cream and my fiancé got the whipped honey and matcha. I could probably eat 20 in a sitting if I wanted to! They were crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. I can’t get enough of this place and can’t wait to see what other flavors they make!

A couple of friends and I go out once a month to catch up and decided to try this place out. First, thank you for being open late so we can go eat and actually get dessert. (Most of the time we have to get it first or not at all because dessert places don’t stay up past 6 on weekdays). They have some interesting flavors (Ube,Matcha etc.). I got the Ube because after getting a sample it was really good and added a cookies and cream waffle. It was delicious.
