We went thru tonight a little after 5 on our way back to Lexington. Brandon workin drive-thru was AMAZIN!!! Absolutely loved his personality!!! He was so polite and cheerful! Wish everywhere had cashiers like him! We really appreciated it! Thank you Brandon! You rock dude!

This location generally does well from a service perspective. Quality of food at BK has gone down the last few years. I picked up the new Shroom and Swiss melt. It tasted good and was ok. Its basically an undersized double cheeseburger with a couple of mushrooms. Its size is underwhelming for over $5.

Slow and unorganized, whopper sat for a long time and when they did attempt to serve it they discovered missing fries and poppers. They dropped the poppers and moved my whopper to the back again which they microwaved to reheat since it sat so long.nothing better than microwaved veggies

This Burger King is the filthiest nastiest Burger King I have ever been in I don’t think the bathrooms are ever clean, trash out in the parking lot the doors and the windows are always full of fingerprints. And all the workers are standing back behind the counter just drinking soda talking and cutting up. I used to be a manager at Hardee’s. You got time to lean you got time to clean.

My husband forgot his wallet and tried to use my digital card and didn’t work. We went back home to get the card. We came back to get our food they dropped fresh fries and the service was excellent. We originally ordered from the drive through and when we picked up our food we went inside. Was very happy with this experience.

The service was great, but the food… eh… seems like BK has started slipping. The onion rings were mediocre at best and the whopper tasted like they were swapping recipes with McDonald’s… now, it was still a better taste than the later, but it’s fast food. Still pretty decent.

The resturant was short staffed and we had to wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes and had to wait another 10 minutes for our food. The wait was long but we are patient people and don’t mind waiting if needed. The manager was lovely and was very helpful. However, there was one guy that just walked around the dining room doing absolutely nothing instead of helping the other employees the entire time we were there. They forgot my chicken nuggets so we had to go back and call them. They had the dining room locked. The manager was polite and said to come to the front door. The guy that was seen walking around came to the door started yelling at my boyfriend and cussed him out for absolutely no reason. His attitude was horrible JUST BECAUSE we asked for the chicken nuggets that they forgot. I understand leaving out food but don’t be rude to customers because YOU forgot something. All together it took us almost a hour and a half to get our all of food. Never coming back here.

My fiancé went and got us some food last night from Burger King. We eat here all the time he got a whopper He said after he ate it, he felt very sick and proceeded to throw up. He is still not feeling good this morning and claims he had food poisoning. If anybody else has had this issue please let me know. I called and contacted the general manager and he hung up on me. This is unprofessional. We will not be eating here again. I’ve been a fastfood crew trainer worker for over five years and this is not how you treat people.
