I read some of the reviews on here and I guess some people cannot be pleased no matter what. I eat there 2 or 3 times a week. The employees have NEVER been rude, the store has ALWAYS been clean, and the food is ALWAYS great. Some people just can’t be pleased no matter what.

Two young women waited on me, they were quick, efficient, and polite. Place seemed clean and orderly. The subway is in a plaza by a Chinese restaurant and car dealership, plenty of parking. Sandwiches tasted alright, no complaints. We ordered them to-go since we had somewhere we had to be.

Used to be a great place to go to but have to give 2 stars because this store specifically won’t take any decent coupons anymore,i used to come here atleast once a week or so,but they are charging almost 15 dollars for a sandwich now and will not take any deals that the other stores will take (in a heavy poverty area at that)until they start taking coupons again,they’ve completely lost my business

Two of the three meatball sandwiches unless than a month had rock hard, over cooked hockey puck meatballs. Manager Felicia says she doesn’t know why. I tell her everytime that they need stirring. She asked” only one meatball ?” And apparently that’s acceptable because I am never given anything. Didn’t even say sorry. I called and asked for store number to complain and Felicia the manager refused. Asked me why and I told her she never does anything about the hockey puck meatballs and I want to complain online. She still refused to give me store number. That’s bull ***t. Doniphan mo store doesn’t care if you get five burnt meatball sandwiches….and “doesn’t know why”…

I ordered online for pick up a 6″ sweet onion chicken teriyaki with double meat and double cheese when I got my lunch break I ran over picked up my sandwich when I got back to the store I was very disappointed I paid $10 for a sandwich that had very little meat on it when I had paid for double meat

We went on July 7th at 4:59 pm and the little blonde who was working was rude and impatient while I was reading off my list for my husband so I said you could be a little more patient and considerate. I am dissatisfied and will not be back…then she proceeded to mumble yeah I know you’ve already said it 3 times and I didn’t say it 3 times. It was 1 statement. I will not be back as long as they are employing staff like that.

All the food was mixed up, like almost three handfuls worth of the cheddar mixed cheese in the bacon. There were vegetables all mixed together, the tuna was brown on the top of it from not being mixed and dried. I asked for a 6″ in and they smooshed the bread while cutting it so it was flatbread basically. They didn’t know all the sandwiches I basically had to pay for the extras on a sandwich that already exists.

The manager is the rudest person I have ever met. I asked for more olives and she told me no. She escalated the situation ending it by telling me to shut my mouth and leave. I wasn’t cussing, yelling or being rude. I walked out because of how rude she is.
