Ordered via app ahead of time but still had to wait in line for over 15 minutes which I can understand during lunch rush at noon. However, we ordered the original chicken sandwich with extra mayo and one with tomato added for 20 cents. The sandwiches came with round buns with much of the chicken hanging off and brown wilted lettuce. Just not what the BK original chicken is supposed to be. As an owner, I would want to know.

Sayid is Great service every time. He’s very fast, friendly, and always makes sure customers are taken care of. Even when it’s busy, he stays calm and keeps things moving. You can tell he cares about doing a good job.

Worse BK I’ve ever been too. Wait in drive up for 10 minutes. Car came in behind me and went to other drive up was waited immediately. I had to pull in front and go in to place an order. Food was not worth this aggravation

The lady at the cashier in the drive thru is amazing and very polite
The manager is nasty she looks at her customers up and down without a great she once handed me a bag w cheesy tots very rudely and there was no napkins inside it.
She was the one who bagged the meal. I just walked out because I would go live stream on her and expose her to over 15k followers of mine. But I never go inside anymore I go through the drive thru and park outside which is unfair because as a customer I should enjoy an air conditioned place to eat my lunch.

I understand working sucks, but please don’t take it out on those around you. General atmosphere was luke warm, and almost rude. Inside was great, whoever answered the phone>not so much.
Adding to review. Different day, different staff, low quality still. I’ve had better at other burger kings, and prefer to drive the distance if the craving pops up.
Soggy lettuce, super greasy wraps, a cup’s worth of mayonnaise on the sandwiches, incorrect drinks rung up, etc. The American dream, convenience.

Medium here costs $3.29. That pretty much what you would pay at a restaurant with waiters or waitresses. Gas stations are cheaper than this. That’s not even a large drink either. McDonald’s medium is like $1.50 or $1 during promotions.

The food was great, I actually ate just a regular double cheeseburger and it tasted like the good ol days growing up. The customer service isn’t much to brag about including the atmosphere, the place is never clean like it should be, makes me not want to go to that location anymore.

Been inside several times for lunch. Never disappointed. Staff is always courteous and prompt. “Special orders” are always accurate and timely. This is my go-to BK.
